Unreliable and unsupportive
Unfortunately I've not had a very good experience with this company. All I can say is the customer service is rude, some incompetent writers who fail your paper and they don't fulfil their promises.

This matter was reviewed formally on our side after the complaint was raised. Following that review, we acknowledged that there were shortcomings in how the work aligned with the module requirements, and a substantial goodwill refund was agreed and processed.
For privacy reasons, we cannot discuss full order details publicly. However, we do not accept that this matter was ignored or left unresolved, as it was reviewed directly and a refund was issued as part of that resolution.

Waste of money and time do not use
I payed £121 for a 1200-1500 reflective essay that got delivered on time however, the writer decided to link the essay to a profession which it’s not mine and to a subject which I did not request. The essay was well written but was robotic and most importantly I couldn’t use because of how he linked it. When I asked him to amend it he replied he would in 3-4 days which was past my deadline. So I payed a lot of money to have an essay delivered quickly and I ended up not being able to use it because I couldn’t wait for the revision. I was hoping the first draft would be good enough maybe with some minor changes, but in my situation, the whole essay needed changing.
I got £33 back as a goodwill gesture so I lost 80 + pounds and had to rewrite the whole essay again. Bollocks!
