They sent the items, but they were very badly labelled on the website and incorrect items sent.

They hae refused all phone calls and emails. It's been over a month and still no refund or contact. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered item online they sent the wrong item type sent two emails requesting a response numerous phone calls always unavailable rely poor customer service will try to get address through my credit card not too hope full a awfully company please avoid

Very poor sent out wrong parts labelled up as the correct parts. Be very carefull and check everything twice.

Ordered some tiles, paid and got an email stating they had the order. A few days later I have been told the order was cancelled at my request but no refund.
Tried to ring the them but got told it’s a different office and got given a different number. Tried that number and it’s constantly engaged.
I’m now left with money missing and no tiles.
They won’t reply to emails, I never cancelled my order, I can’t speak to anyone.

They advertise by showing a picture of a complete assembly broken down into 4 pictures for a Bottle Gull and Grill. Looks good value so you select quantity 1 and pay. They send you the grill and say you only ordered this. Regardless that you searched for Bottle Gully. Complete rip off

Not a good word to say about them. Money taken. No goods or answers to communications . Do not use them .
Now on journey to get money back.

These people will take your money and you will never hear from them again. I have placed and paid for an order but I have not received it. No reply from email, facebook, Whatsap or phone nr? Is this a legitimate business? Their modus operandi is to send out a tracking nr without dispatching the goods. When you contact the delivery company they say they never received goods from the seller.

Honestly, one of the worst companies I've dealt with. I placed an order online and was emailed to be told the item was out of stock despite it still being available to order on their website. I was offered an alternative but it was a completely inferior product. When I responded the company have literally ignored me, still took payment and now I get notification that my items have been shipped but with no tracking number. Despite several attempts to contact them, they have not responded once. Terrible customer service, terrible way to conduct business. I am still none the wiser whether I am actually getting what u ordered and its been 2 weeks since I placed the order.

Easy to order and products always in stock unlike rivals. Delivery is also free which is a perk on large items.
