They made my Iphone almost new but the only reason i am not giving them 5 stars is because it took a bit longer that I expected.
Maybe it was a single case so ill definitely go there again and will update my review.

We have been using UK Repairs services for more than 6 months for a variety of issues. They are simply the Best! They are very quick- No need to wait days- They have a real analytical mind - they have strong knowledge of computers (different brands) / mobile phones..They came to us and fixed the devices on site (home or office) the same day or the day after - they do their best to accommodate us (anytime / anywhere if very urgent).
They are also really reliable - They are good listener and great communicators : they explain the whole process and gave us satisfaction in each service they have provided to us.

My Device had a hairline crack on the screen and no other issues. They sorted it out the next day in my kitchen. Great repair job and less than half as cheap as Microsoft, really good value.

I had a few concerns after reading one or two reviews on here but the guy actually called me and totally put my mind at rest.

Good as new now.

Sadly the surface repair was not a happy experience.

Didn't tell me that there was a call out charge.
Said the screen had also failed, yeh, right. Had to pay for that as well as the new charging module.
But worth it with 12 months warranty.
But no. Device failed again 5 weeks later. And now the warranty is suddenly 4 weeks despite telling me it's was 12 months (which is also what the website says).

Happily quoted me a price to fix that would make Croesus weep. Thanks, but no thanks.

Just do the decent thing and refund the money I paid in good faith to get a repair with a 12 month warranty.
