Didn't send my gloves. Now I.have been phoning them and Purolator everyday for a month still they didn't resolve it. They won't resolve issue nor refund. If you lost them just admit it

Where do I begin FOX? You use to be the best in the MTB game! You are probably the worst now… Have spent over £500 at least on clothing and gloves since back cycling these past 2 years and I can’t believe how shocking the quality is. Like other reviews said, you are charging a premium and unfortunately you are so big now, that your just all about profit (big mark up) and low quality and stating on your T-shirts there premium when quite frankly (total garbage). All made in Mexico where embroidery work looks like a child has stitched it together inside! I’m really disgusted and won’t be buying from fox. I must point out though that with fox the more you spend on garments the quality… interesting get a bit better as made in better countries but I’m talking £50 upwards on jerseys. All sale stuff is rubbish!
Faulty item, faulty customer service
Awful customer service. Sent me a faulty mx gear bag, by faulty I mean, hadn't finished putting it together as half the fixtures were loose in the box meaning it was unusable. I explained that I didn't have time to spare as I had purchased as a gift for the following week. No offer of replacement. When I asked for a replacement, I was told this isn't their protocol and I would have to wait 3 weeks for a refund to then reorder. Explained this would mean I wouldn't be able to reorder in time for the gift i had planned, to be told that's just their protocol. The call handler was rude, hung up on me twice as said she couldn't help any more. Advised me that Fox wouldn't have sent me a faulty item, as if I was lying?! For what?? To not be sent a replacement?? I ordered through Fox as I thought of them as a reputable brand.. no more! I've ordered elsewhere now, which Lucy the 'customer service representative' told me I should do anyway. Absolute joke. Luckily I had paid via Klarna and ended up getting more support from them to contact Fox themselves and organise a returns label (although still no replacement arranged). I really think Fox need to consider some customer service training for their staff. No sympathy, no care, just miserable and pointless.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, the experience I have had with this company is awful, I order lots online and honestly I am not a particular person, or high expectations, and never leave negative reviews but this was so bad I had to share. I placed an order with this company on Sunday for Father's Day, I get contacted on Tuesday stating they do not have my email address, which I put on the order so that was odd, but I emailed right back giving it them. I was assured they had it and the order would be processed. I got an email today, claiming my order was cancelled stating when I placed my order the system had unrecognised errors, this is why the email was missing, and we are going to have to cancel. Father's Day is a few days time I ordered gifts for my husband and dad. This is absolutely appalling and they offered me 10% discount as an apology. Well I will never be purchasing from this company, what a terrible service.

Fox used to be THE brand in MTB clothing. Those days appear to be long gone. Something is seriously wrong with their product quality at present and they don't even appear to care which is more worrying. Recently bought a pair of fox MTB trousers, ripped them on the third or fourth ride on a thorn bush! Not a crash, a bush. These are meant to be durable MTB trousers, how is that possible?? Clearly not fit for purpose. Fox aren't interested, stating it was ripped during regular use! Plus I didn't buy directly from them, so they've essentially washed their hands of the problem. Great attitude. The retailer Leisure Lakes was of no help either. Thanks both! What a great way to treat a customer. It's been many years since I've experienced such poor customer service from a company. I've always loved the fox brand ever since I was a kid, now feel completely let down by them. More than happy to take £100 from me, and what did I get in return, a product that's pretty much useless if it can't even perform it's basic function.
Fox Proframe Sumyt full helmet
Ordered a new helmet. Didn’t realise it was being shipped from Europe as it was showing as in stock in the UK website. The helmet came damaged, This wasn’t broken in transit. It was also missing a go pro mount. Customer Services was pretty good when I called and after some pushing they got a replacement part but having to go at a brand new helmet with a pliers is a really poor experience. Still don’t have the missing item. They filter reviews on their website so came here. I’ll avoid fox website and buy from a uk based dealer in the future. Lesson learned.
Defective item and no help from customer service.
Items delivered quickly and on time, however the waist button on the Ranger pants I ordered is defective (comes undone without any force). I contacted their customer service email and have been told to fix it with a safety pin or some sticky tape "until I can find a more permanent solution". No offer of refund or replacement. Absolutely appalling service. Will not be buying from them again. Money down the drain, thanks Fox!
Fox used to be a good brand with…
Fox used to be a good brand with quality products but it's not the case anymore. Some gloves I have, 15 years old, are holding better thant the new ones purchased last year, knee pads look like rubbish after 1.5 year, same with chest protection and so on.
I really gave a second and a third chances to their products but it's not worth the money anymore. The brand lost itself into high margin products with poor manufacturing quality.
Won't supply to places in the UK
Questioned why Fox Racing couldn't send to my location to be told not enough people order from that place!
They are based in the Netherlands a UK looking website but not in the UK with very poor quality Customer service agents who leave chat when they can't answer the questions raised.

Bought some socks that have developed a hole from normal use within 3 months and submitted request to have them replaced.
I've been told the 'experts' have looked at the picture of my sock with a hole in and decided it was caused by me. Sorry what 'experts' can look at a picture of a sock and tell whether it was a manufacturing fault or caused by the customer?
Ridiculous policy and obviously just an easy excuse to not have to replace my socks. It's easy to say to a customer returning an item that they caused the damage it takes a little bit of customer service to make that right.
Terrible customer service and clearly poor quality items, wouldn't buy from this company again for cycling gear if it's not going to last more than a few months.
Missing order
Would give 0 stars if I could.
Received an email to say my delivery was being rescheduled to the next day. When it still hadn’t arrived, I checked the courier website to see they needed an updated address as the one they had was incorrect.
I saw that I provided the correct address on my Fox order. I contacted Fox asking them to either resolve the delivery issue or refund me. Received a generic automated reply saying it couldn’t be cancelled as already dispatched. I emailed Fox again to clarify the problem I was having - no reply.
Item now showing as delivered, however no proof of delivery photo and no parcel left anywhere on my property.
Have contacted Fox again but still no reply.
Currently £66 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.

Shocking service
Shocking service. I was getting a crash repair for my RPC, I have state champs this weekend. I emailed foxAU 2 weeks ago about the proscess for getting a Crash replacement. After half an hour of emails it all made sense and I applied for the repair. I was approved then get a quote from a name I had never heard of PSI cycling. Now I found out after a little research these guys are the biggest distributors for Australia for any mountain bike brands. I got given my quote and the BSB and ACC-NO. And it felt like I was being scammed, I would pay them and they would order the helmet for me??? Not happy at this point, anyway I gave in, because I have state champ the following week. I payed the amount and didn’t hear from them from the previous Thursday to the next Tuesday, this Tuesday. The responded saying yes, we have received you email and your order will be dispatched soon. I then didn’t receive another email until Friday telling me they couldn’t find my payment and that I needed to send proof of payment. And that’s where I’m at now. A day before practice starts and I have no helmet and I haven’t gotten a message back. Not happy
Great products, Amazing customer support
I have bought things from fox racing now for about 15 years, never had any issue with quality and they seem to last extremely well, I've exclusively bought their hoodies since I was 16.
Today was the first time I've ever had an issue, an item I ordered was mislabelled so was the wrong size, I contacted their customer support and its possibly the most competent, pleasant and positive experience I've ever had with customer support of any company. I wasn't on hold for long and the whole thing has been sorted within 10 minutes, replacement on the way, warehouse checking the other items for errors and putting one aside for me to be shipped out.
Genuinely so pleased that a company I've used for so long has given me even more reason to continue to buy their products.
Just poor
Useless vouchers (can’t use them on already discounted products, which severely limits what you’re able to purchase.
A general unwillingness to stand behind the products, not even honoring warranty issues.
Claims warranty starts from the date that the product is produced and not from the date of purchase

I bought a pair of mountain bike shorts off the official UK Fox web site but they where too small so I went through the returns process (which costs £6.99) I posted them off via UPS to the returns warehouse, UPS confirmed delivery 2 days later to the UK warehouse, 14 days later I've had nothing, no acknowledgement at all from Fox. I emailed them and they said they have been having problems with returns due to Brexit which was over 3 years ago! I'm still waiting for the refund.
Please don't make the mistake as me and order direct from the UK Fox web site, never again.
Rip of Company
Bought Bike gloves costing £29.99 plus £5 carriage, they were too small so had to return them they only use UPS for returns and since my nearest collection point was 25miles away, I had to pay £2.50 to arrange a pick up. Then when I got my return at least a month later they had deducted £6.99 for the return, they had told me they would not do this as I was returning my full order. Disgraceful company would really recommend not dealing with them. So all in all kids bicycle gloves cost me over and above £14.49, and I still have no gloves to show for it. NEVER buy from Fox racing

I really regret buying from Fox directly as it seems like I cannot return the product for a larger size or refund which is my legal right.
