Worst company to order from.
If there was an option for zero stars it would be zero for me. I bought 2 jerseys on the 24th April for my Sons birthday on the 30th. The jerseys still haven’t arrived.
I’ve sent countless messages via email, tried to call multiple times. Ive had to raise a dispute with PayPal as I paid through them luckily. I thought fox was a massive company but clearly something is going on with them. Possibly going bust?
Absolutely shocking lack of customer service
Do not order from this company under any circumstances. I bought knee guards for my 10 year old son, they arrived a few days later but don't fit. I paid £14 to return via courier to their returns address in Holland, parcel was held in Customs for 5 days, after which returned to sender. So complete waste of time, money and effort. I have written to their HQ in Barcelona, however have little hope of getting a response, let alone getting the issue resolved! Avoid!
Zero stars
My order hasn’t arrived - more than 6 weeks after placing it. They haven’t replied to my emails or my Twitter message and their customer service number just rings and rings. The order was an Easter present for my son who has been seriously disappointed. My credit card company have refunded my money but seriously? Now I’ve had an email from them asking for a review -how can they be asking for a review when they haven’t fulfilled my order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I placed an order for my husband which we never received. The company claimed it had been returned to their warehouse. I asked them to resend it but one of the items from my order was no longer available. They must have sold the item I had paid for to someone else. I have not received a refund and they are ignoring my emails. Don't go anywhere near this company.
I wish I'd read the reviews first - not in the UK and terrible customer service
I didn't think I needed to check TrustPilot for such a reputable brand, but I was wrong! The misleading website doesn't make it clear the company is based in Holland, the returns aren't free, and not only that, you have to post back to Holland at your own cost. I bought a helmet which I measured as instructed by Fox, and didn't fit, costing me £17.50 just to post it back. Truly awful.

Bought from the UK site, item was shipped from the Netherlands - it was delayed by Brexit and then lost by UPS. Not Fox's fault but it's been a week since I contacted them and I've heard nothing back. It's been over a month since I ordered. Some of my friend's have also had orders go missing and have not got their money back. Very poor and damages the brand.
Astonishingly poor customer services
Astonishingly poor. An order was placed in good faith on the 'uk.foxracing' website. Payment was taken immediately (by a bank in Spain). After a few days, a delivery ETA was provided (from the Netherlands), along with UPS tracking number. Days went by, with no further update. The delivery date came and went. Two weeks after the delivery date, no goods had been received, nor update provided. The delivery date was never changed, despite being weeks in the past. Emails to customer services were ignored. Twice we were on hold for over one hour to customer services, but no-one picked up the phone. Voicemails were left on the Fox support number, but no-one got back to us. Final resort has been to raise a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Inexcusable lack of customer care.
Shocking company
Have sent 2 emails. No response (only the automatic acknowledgment). Sent the item back at the cost at my expense of £15 for tracked mail, only for them not to accept the item from the courier, so courier returned to sender. What a shambles of a company. Will put a claim through Credit Card. Avoid at all costs.

I must say after I ordered I couldn't find much information on shipping times. I then looked online and stumbled across these reviews and was mortified - I was really concerned and thought I would have a bad experience. I ordered a helmet and some trousers for my daughter that I needed for the following weekend. I placed the order on Saturday 10th April.
I called them on 0800 0488164 Tuesday morning and managed to get straight through with no difficulty and spoke with a very helpful gentleman called Peter.
He said it was good news, the order had been shipped and he would send me the UPS tracking number by e-mail directly after our call.
He sent the e-mail through, and I went online to track it with UPS. Yes the parcels do come from Eindhoven, Netherlands, although I could see it was with UPS and was making its way to the UK and delivery w3as scheduled for Thursday 15th April.
Just had a knock on the door - it was UPS and the parcel has been delivered. I am very happy with this service, and sorry to hear some of you have had a bad experience. I was worried, although it seems I have been lucky in that the service I received was what I would expect to receive from such a reputable company.
Thank you Fox!! My daughter now has her kit ready for her first race this weekend!

Useless! Not a UK based company! Product never arrived, tracking shows returned to Eindhoven NL!? No reply to emails going for refund via PayPal!
Zero Customer service - don't expect a response
Cut and pasted from the review below mine - as it is the same experience for me. Their website is very misleading in so far as I thought I was ordering from the UK but apparently goods are shipped from Holland. I only realised when I received my confirmation of shipping including the UPS tracking details and on checking their website my parcel was in Eindhoven. The top and bottom of it is my parcel had been in Holland for a 10 days, with no movement, and different excuses on the tracking from UPS . Fox Customer service is not existent - no replies to emails, voicemail box full, no-one answers the phone. Truly dreadful experience in every way - I will never use this terrible company again.
Misleading website & shocking customer service
Their website is very misleading in so far as I thought I was ordering from the UK but apparently goods are shipped from Holland. Since then I have checked with UPS who confirm that the parcel was returned to Fox last week and since then I have been unable to make contact with Fox, either by telephone or email, and now intend to open a dispute/claim through Paypal to obtain my refund.

Took a Week to Ship
I ordered a hoodie which I assumed was coming from the UK. I got an email the following day telling me it had been shipped (from The Netherlands) and should arrive in 3-5 days. 6 days later, still no sign of it so checked the UPS tracker. It said Fox had printed the shipping label that day. Just hope I don’t have to return it. Expected better from them, very disappointed.
Abysmal customer service
I ordered some gloves online from this company but decided I didn't want them. within 5 minutes of ordering I sent an email to request cancellation and a refund.
I followed this up with a phone call and the operator confirmed my request saying I would receive a confirmation email.
When this didn't materialise I emailed again to confirm my cancellation and request for confirmation.
A couple of days later when my paypal account had not been credited I rang again and was told it could take a few days for this to appear.
Now 9 days later I have just received the gloves in the post.
This company is a joke and their communication is an absolute disgrace unless your spending money with them
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Product delivered promptly but shorts were 2 inches shorter than specified. Emailed customer services and followed up with another email 2 weeks later. It's been 5 weeks and still no response so I called their 0800 number again and again. Nobody ever picks up despite long holds, and when you opt for the 'leave a message' option nobody calls back. All round poor.
Don't bother
Whilst the products seem to be ok quality, the customer service is so poor to not even bother buying from. First, it doesn't state (apart from the returns page) that it's coming from the Netherlands which on the face of it is fine but when you have to pay the postage yourself it becomes an issue. (Unless you pay with Paypal but that probably means that Paypal loses out to refund you.
Then I had a simple request to cancel the order as I wanted to re-order so I could get cashback to work. I had to wait for a good 30 mins to get through to anyone. When I did, the customer service guy gave me a non committal "Oh we'll send you an email later today if we can with a discount". That email arrived a week later, the day I received the package anyway so it was beyond late and no mention of the discount. Now begins the battle I assume to get my refund as other people have mentioned they take ages.

If I could give 0 I would. Awful customer service. I ordered incorrect product and realised very quickly only to be told it was too late to cancel order (even though item on website said processing). Paid over £10 to return to Amsterdam at the beginning of December and still no refund. Followed instructions on how to return item and Royal Mail states on tracking incorrect address and returning to sender. I took a picture of the address label and all is correct. Going to try and contact their office on Monday (which is based in Spain) to see what they’ve got to say. Total farce of a company. My advice - stick to uk based companies!!
