Mistakes happen, even to the best teams. What sets great companies apart from others is how they deal with mistakes and errors.

I was super unlucky with my order from North Trampoline. The first shipment was misplaced by the courier, then my replacement got stuck due to an IT issue.

... but as soon as they realised their mistake, the team at North Trampoline (and their sister company Capital Play) really went above and beyond to resolve the problem. A member of their team personally drove to our house with a replacement, and she followed up with us multiple times to make sure everything was properly sorted.

In short, despite multiple issues initially, I'm now left *very* impressed with their service.

Speedy delivery and easy assembly without tools. The finished products is very high quality compared to others and the kids (and me) and loving it

Trampoline is faulty, the net is broken and the customer service department haven’t got back to me despite many emails, photographs and telephone calls made.
A very expensive trampoline and i would have expected much better quality especially as our last trampoline lasted over 10 years and was half the price.
We are now left with a faulty product that the children are unable to use due to safety fears
*North trampolines have now resolved this issue and sent us a new net which I am grateful for*

Excellent trampoline. Great jumping performance, high quality materials that will stand the test of time. Incredibly safe for our two young daughters. Secured with seasonal sale and discount, and free next day delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor customer service. Delivery due to be 9 days late too.

Update- ordered 18th May and still waiting. Understand there's an issue with courier but really difficult to get an update or call back about it.

Really happy with the service speed of delivery and most of all the quality of the product is brilliant, so easy to put together and really solid.

Well worth the extra money

Fantastic products from North trampolines. Have never seen build quality like it, no tools needed to assemble. Everything about it from base frame, the mat and the enclosure on the rectangular pioneer is incredible. Brilliant for the kids and adults too!

Ordered and delivered within a week. Paid extra for the assembly service. The trampoline was up in less than 90 minutes. Great service from start to finish and the trampoline is excellent quality with a great bounce and spot on safety features.

Sadly North Trampoline failed to deliver on the morning they scheduled, meaning that my son's birthday present did not arrive (he's only 3). I received no communication. I tried to call, no answer. I tried to message on instagram, no response. I emailed, no reply.
Incredibly disappointing customer service.

Fantastic company to deal with. Customer services were friendly and answered all my questions before purchase, kept me informed on delivery and the trampoline was easy to assemble and great quality. The jump games band wasn't on the delivery but I rang straight away and it was delivered the next day.Would highly recommend North Trampolines products.

We’re late/delayed - but did not communicate this to me - leaving me to chase them up. They arrived the following day. Not the best performance there!

I was very nervous about buying a trampoline for my accident prone, boisterous children but I’m delighted with our North 8ft by 12ft Explorer oval. It’s amazing! The non zip entrance is perfect with younger siblings and the hidden springs are great too. We paid for the building service and it was worth every penny. The men were very polite and professional and made assembly look like child’s play. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this brand and product to others.

Excellent quality, obviously well made and I now have two extremely happy children 😁
