Cant buy Roborock Saros 10
I was supposed to receive my order three days ago, but there has been no update or delivery. This is the second time I have tried to purchase the Roborock Saros 10, and unfortunately, I’ve had issues both times.
My first order was placed directly through the Roborock website. I never received the item, yet it was marked as delivered. This time, I ordered through Amazon, expecting a more reliable service, but I am now facing the same frustrating situation.
Payment has been taken from my account, but the product has still not been delivered. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
As someone who has been a loyal Roborock user for the past four years, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. If this is how customers are treated, it is no surprise that the company risks losing loyal users.
Very disappointed.
