The best service. I had sent a parcel to India for my new born nephew the parcel reached destination on time with no delay and staff help me with the tracking information and has collected from door and delivered to door. I would definitely recommend them for a hassle free delivery. They had sent the parcel within promised time even after the Middle East war situation thanks a ton!!!

One of most irresponsible, unscrupulous and unaccountable courier company . Have not delivered the parcel in 2 months and dont even have the courtesy to refund the money of a service they did not provide. Very rude , totally haphazard operation, run by a bunch of clowns. Please dont use them . Useless .

Terrible Experience with R World Express — unprofessional, misleading, and potentially fraudulent.

My recent shipment experience with this company has been extremely poor and frustrating. They advertise delivery within 7 days,the parcel has still not been delivered even after more than 20 days, with no proper communication, no updates, and misleading tracking information throughout.

The shipment contained baby milk powder, a time-sensitive essential, and despite repeatedly informing them of the urgency, the company showed no accountability or urgency. Their WhatsApp support repeatedly gave contradictory and inaccurate responses, stating “shipment left for next facility” when their own tracking clearly showed it had already arrived days earlier.

In addition to the delivery issues, I also discovered serious discrepancies in parcel weight. The official invoice listed my parcel as 16 kg, whereas the actual weight recorded by me was 14.92 kg. This raises major concerns about fraudulent billing and unethical practices.

I have documented all WhatsApp chats, tracking screenshots, and invoices as evidence, and I am now raising an official complaint with the police to report this matter formally.

The lack of professionalism, transparency, and integrity from R World Express is unacceptable for a company handling international shipments.

I am sharing this review so others are aware of these practices and can avoid facing the same issues.

🚨 Awareness Alert: Courier Scam by "R World Express" 🚨

We sent a 20kg parcel from the UK to India on 12th March, paying £130 for a promised 7-8 day delivery. Shockingly, the parcel was delivered on 18th June—over 3 months later! 😡

Throughout this period:
❌ The company was rude and unprofessional.
❌ They falsely claimed the parcel had already left the UK when it hadn’t.
❌ They blocked multiple numbers when we chased for updates.
❌ They demanded an additional £150 in "storage charges", threatening to destroy the parcel if we didn’t pay.

Frustrated, we raised a complaint with Police Scotland, who took the case seriously. Within 10 days of the complaint, the parcel was delivered to our family in India.

🔑 Key takeaway: If you face such scams, don’t hesitate to involve the police! Police Scotland confirmed they have records of "R World Express" and will handle future complaints against them more stringently.

Very bad experience it’s already been 16 days since I have placed my order haven’t received it yet…. The staff are really awful…. Don’t give any proper updates or anything, they just bluff without any kind of responsibly…. Please don’t use this service because it’s such a waste of time money and too much of stress….

Best courier service to send any items to India from UK and early.
I was able to send all my items without any rejection and on short notice. They also provided a tracking number to track the parcel. On receiving the parcel in India within & days of payment it was nicely packed and no damage at all, with all items present in the box as sent.
