I always get my package the next day as promised. Whenever I have a query I can contact them via Whatsapp and Martin always replies. My experience has always been positive and reliable but obviously I cannot vouch for others and I hope the 1 star reviewers get their issues sorted out. ✌️

AVOID all SPUK/SPD's names...
I've used this company, which appears to operate under many names, for a while now. The most recent order I received was the worse ever.
Real tablets would not differ in colour, nor have different sizes in the same blister pack. The blister packs would not have pretend bar codes, which are also cut through.
70% of the tablets had both the consistency and taste of chalk and the rest did the opposite of their intended purpose.
It's ridiculous that UK doctors are now loathe to prescribe them. However, I really haven't found any company selling a safe alternative on the Internet.
Therefore think twice .... . and then again before handing your money to people who are so unscrupulous!!
I sent them an email today and they did reply promptly, but only to attempt to lay the blame on me by insinuating that I mustn't be well!
Avoid ALL of their sites.
WARNING
Since writing this review I have had an email from SPUK, SPD etc.. denying that I've ever been a customer.
However, as someone who used to work as a forensic accountant I can disprove this, and will be in touch with Trustpilot in order to complain about them being allowed on Trustpilot.
AVOID!!
Unfortunately I'm not allowed to change the date. 10th September 2025.
They use various names but are all the same company, including those that say a Doctor will review your order and write a prescription. Also check comments to see if the review looks genuine. If they're written numerous times by the same person within days, they're probably fake. I am getting in touch with Trustpilot to voice my concerns.

I am shocked that you have the nerve to say in your reply that you don't have any record of my ever having been a customer or that I didn't reply to your emails.
1. I have been a customer and have a record of EVERY SINGLE transaction. As I have stated, I used to work as a forensic accountant, therefore go down this route at your peril.
2. I replied to your most recent emails so often that you then blocked my email.
This is the FINAL STRAW.
I will now be forced to take this matter all the way.
The result will be that you will never be able to sell your products on the open Web, let alone have your company on Trustpilot under ANY of your pseudonyms.
You pushed it, so it's time for me to temporarily come out of retirement and battle such pernicious, despicable companies as you represent.
!!BUYERS!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY OF IT'S NAMES.
It's reviews are as fraudulent as the company, which is also breaking UK law.
