I am still waiting for my purchase after 5 weeks, I will not use this company again.

Placed an order on 16th December and the gloves never arrived still waiting to be shipped after a month I have now contacted my back who have refunded my money
I will never buy from vice deal again
As this was for a Christmas present no communication at all from them

On the 12th of December, I ordered a bulldog speaker costing me £65.04 less than a week later, this company cancels my order without letting me know has not refunded me and has taken my money. I have contacted them several times and they’re lying to me telling me my order is still on the way when I can see that it’s been cancelled they’re refusing to give me my money back so I have now got PayPal involved in this. I am extremely disappointed with this Disgraceful and appalling company. They have stolen money from me and refusing to give it me back. It is now in paypals hands do not buy from this company. They will rip you off. You have been warned they are vile and abusive. They will steal your money shop elsewhere. If I could give zero rating, I would absolutely disgraceful service and vile people.! They are the worst company I have ever come across all they want to do is rip people off and steal their money. Please do not shop through these crooks. They will rip you off. You have been warned do not trust this company at all. They are also being reported to trading standards because companies like this should not be allowed to continue ripping people off the more people that report this to trading standards the better!

Rubbish ordered wiper spoilers for car totally sent wrong ones cost lot more sent crap cheap plastic ebay ones made in China fraudulenty company report to trading standards too many companies out there stuffing everyone well guess what you had it .

Hi, I have ordered a rucksack from the make Tegaote and I have received one from another manufacturer called Mindesa.
I love the Tegaote make as it is very good quality, not like the Mindesa at all. I have asked UK Vicedeal for a full refund as they sent me the wrong item and they are offering me many options but not my full refund.
I am still trying to get this solved.
I am finding it very time consuming and frustrating and all the problem is they advertise and accept an orther for products they don have in stock and then they try not to give you the money back.
I am not happy at all.
If they accept responsability and give me the right solution, I will write a good review, but at the moment I have to say: BE CAREFUL IF YOU THINK TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS

I have been contacted by the company and they are trying to give this a solution. It seems it was a genuine mistake and we are trying again to solve it.
I will wait a few weeks to see if my replacement item is right and I will write another review with the end result.

Just to say Sam sorted me out in the end and sent me a replacement bag.

If I could, I would give this horrible company zero stars. Their website is difficult to navigate and eventually I managed to spend 50 mins chatting to agents I won't name (but I could!) they could not give me a delivery date. No telephone number! They could only tell me that they would e-mail me as to whether or not they would refund my payment which was £118.47. Nota very good organisation to deal with I'm afraid. You don't get treated like this with a UK based organisation! I mean no offence to the two agents I dealt with- they were simply following procedures!! - which are themselves crappy - to say the least. I did warn them that I would present my review - to no avail.

Scam artist! Sent me a cheap chinese product instead of what i ordered and now refusing full refund and saying we can only give you half which is 13£ approx for a pair of head phones which cost maybe 1£

No refund as promised.

When I realised the item was liable to have a long delivery time, I was a little concerned. Need not have worried, it arrived within the week.

the part was delivered a little ahead of the advised date which was much appreciated, it is now installed on the generator engine and its running fine. This was the easiest and most cost effective way to resolve the problem, thank you for your help.

Great product and fits perfectly

Customer service was very good as I was notified of purchase and despatch. As it was sent from China, customs sticker on packaging, it obviously took longer but I was kept informed of progress so was not worried.
The only issue was I was expecting the cable charger to be longer like my original. The disadvantage being it means I can't use it while it's charging but the up side of that is that it's easier to store and transport and doesn't get twisted and damaged as my original one did, hence purchase of replacement super chargers

Took a couple of days longer than some suppliers, but arrived with no problems and looks fine
