Excellent Service
Had a cable issue with RA2 but these guys identified my problem and replaced the cable right away. Helpful staff with Saria dealing with my issue promptly and efficiently.

I just made a purchase from X-Tool and had a query during the shipping period.
I'd like to thank Ivy of rapidly, and successfully, dealing with my query and assisting us. She also reassured and offered further help and support if we need it later on in our customer journey.
This is very reassuring and excellent customer service. We were very impressed.

Outstanding Laser Cutters
We have been utilizing xTool's laser cutters for our kid maker class at Wild Code School Reims, and I must say, we are very satisfied with their products. The quality of their laser cutters is top-notch, providing excellent precision and reliability. Moreover, xTool offers their products at a competitive price, making them accessible to educational institutions like ours.

Quick resolved and wonderful employees.
Wrote requesting a refund of the price difference and IVY responded very quickly to this inquiry. She asked a couple of questions and within 48 hours IVY had a refund issued to my account. Awesome company and IVY was amazing and attentive to my needs. Very impressive Company and with employees such as IVY, they have gained my respect and business. Thank you.
