Happy with purchase
Happy with purchase, really good product and more than happy with communication from company. There was going to be a delay in delivery so had my purchase upgraded to more expensive unit.

Great product
Great product, great service, fast delivery as expected. Brilliant manager email me on updates. Would recommend, no problems what so ever. Hopefully if anything else needed will be using again. Website very easy to use too.

Poor fragmented purchase
Ordered a crossbow and next day delivery... 7 days later crossbow arrived. Had to send several emails to find out what was happening.
Appears to be a re seller and not hold physical stock.
Wish I had purchased else where and saved a week of grief. Courier that was used is also poor, again resulting in another delay of a further day.
Item itself is very good, sale and delivery is not.

Firstly the Adder was a pre-order a new launched product that came to UK retailers in several deliveries, demand was high and we advised you all through the process on when you would receive yours and it was delivered in that time frame and the huge discount we gave you but you forgot to mention in your review ;-)

I wouldn't bother, completely unreliable, not even sure if its real.
Ordered first day shipping over a week before Christmas. It took 4 days to be told that the bow wasn't even in stock and when told that I could be upgraded to another I was then told that it wouldn't be ordered over the weekend and there was a chance it wouldn't come in the 3 days before Christmas, so that's good one day shipping. I haven't received a product or even been refunded yet and I doubt I'd of even been notified if I hadn't of emailed loads. The sales manager was really helpful though, shame he has to manage a shambles of a company. I have my order number and the emails from the company to prove that I've bought just in case they try and take this review down like they've done with others.

Thanks for your review, unfortunately we have had a week of problems from our UK distributor which was out of our control and so we are now the ones getting the bad feedback because of it.
Never got my order’s they give me 2…
Never got my order’s they give me 2 delivery time yet never got my orders when I complain they just cancel them a refund me, they let me down big time.
