Our boiler broke down on Christmas Day. Sean at UKBC responded on the 26th and had a new boiler installed by the end of the week (fitted by his son, Jake). This is an excellent family run company. The team is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend UK Boiler Care enough, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable.

From quoting to installation the entire process was 10 days. My boiler had stopped working afew days after getting the quote, and the team managed to fit us in at short notice.

On the day two nice lads turned up on time and cracked on with the job. No fuss, no problems, done in a day. Unbelievable workmanship and skill.

If you need any work doing on your central heating, use UK Boiler Care and you will not regret it.

UK Boiler Care replaced a faulty boiler, which had never been very effective in heating all the radiators and warming the house. They re-placed the pump which had consistently failed, and re-configured the surrounding piping, along with other system improvements, and even removed one of the larger problem radiators and flushed it through individually. The system was thoroughly tested before they left, and as we have begun to use the system as the temperature has dropped, there is a very, very significant improvement in the warmth of the house, throughout.
The whole process from sales to installation was made very easy by the helpfulness and efficiency of all the company members that we dealt with.
I would thoroughly recommend UK Boiler Care without reservation.

UKBC promptly provided a fixed price quotation for boiler replacement where others did not. The wait for installation was short and the willingness to create a comprehensive solution to meet the customers needs at installation is to be commended. A complicated replacement was made manageable with clarity about the possible complications. A very competent and customer focussed organisation.
