UKBC provided SAP, Air and Noise certs, New Build
We employed UKBC to provide SAP, and all ancillary support services (Air, Noise, etc) on 2 new build houses. Throughout the entire 12 month process the service received was polite, professional and helpful. This included amendments caused by ourselves altering specification, etc none of which was a problem. All members of staff at both office and site level delivered excellent service. Brian & Ann G.

I contacted UK BUILDING COMPLIANCE to arrange for our new build air test,after listening to so many scare stories about the test we didn't know what to expect but no problem they arranged a convenient time for us to do the test CALLUM the technician arrived right on time and explained the procedure how the test would be carried out he carried out the test with no problems the pass certificate was issued the same day, what a fantastic service.

I honestly couldn't believe the service we received, from asking for a quote on an online form, the quote, communication and report were issued in less than two days. Excellent service and very reasonably priced, our other quote was double the price. Very happy to recommend for quality of service and price. Thank you
