UKDP were appointed by the loss adjuster managing my insurance claim. Their engineer Paul was very friendly, professional and located the broken section of drain causing the blockage within 1 hour on site. Paul completed the necessary repairs to broken section and his reinstatement of repair area was spot on ! You would had never known he was there. Great service all round.

We were at a loss with our insurers regarding our septic tank so we contacted UKDP who we found on the internet. Immediately Rob Brindley, Senior Claims Manager, put the wheels in motion and Phill, Field Operations Manager was on site very quickly to carry out a CCTV inspection and site survey, explaining his findings and what was the best way forward. From then on Rob handled everything on our behalf, liaising with our insurers direct. With his knowledge and professionalism we knew we were in good hands. During this time he kept us in the loop at all times with regard to progress and was ultimately successful in getting approval of the claim, much to our relief. Very shortly after Gareth (Lewis Drainage Ltd) and Nick (UKDP) visited us to carry out a pre-works assessment and a couple of weeks later Gareth and his team arrived to start installation of the new system. They worked tirelessly having to negotiate a very small garden and sometimes in the rain. 4 days later we had a new sewage treatment plant. Gareth and his team of three were a really nice group of people and their work ethic was second to none and everything was left clean and tidy as if they had not been there - you would not have wanted a nicer team digging up your precious garden. We cannot speak more highly of Rob without him we honestly do not know where we would be now. To all those involved we cannot thank them enough.

We would like to thank all the team at UKDP Solutions for their exceptional service provided at a time when we were at a loss to know where to start. Thank you Rob for providing the guidance and doing all the work to ensure a successful insurance claim was made, for being at the end of the phone whenever we needed to speak to you and for co-ordinating all the applications required for our new system. Thanks to Callum and the team on site who undertook the practical work of installation. Everyone worked so hard to get the job completed and left our property looking as it had before they arrived and finished the job a day earlier than expected. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, we don’t know what we would have done without you.

Highly recommend UKDP. Rob was instrumental in resolving a complex insurance claim on my behalf. He took on all the liaison with the insurer, greatly reducing the administration I had to carry out (and reducing my stress levels in the process!). His advice was accurate and he kept me fully appraised of progress each week. Really great service.

Job well done! Very happy with the works completed by UKDP, had a new STP fitted. I had lots of questions before works started and they made sure I understood everything and was totally happy before going ahead. Work was completed in a timely manner, slight issue with electrics but this was quickly resolved. Customer service was excellent and I can highly recommend them.

Rob and the team were excellent throughout the process of both submitting the original claim for our septic tank replacement and subsequently organising the team who did the work. Rob always kept us in the picture and was also direct/straight re potential outcomes etc. Would definitely recommend as this is a field that requires specialist expertise to reach the right outcome.

UKDP had been monitoring our problems with root ingress and after appropriate interventions decided that the tank/treatment plant would need replacing. They offered to manage the insurance claim which they did very successfully. I had very little to do. The work was carried out efficiently and with good communication with me, in poor weather conditions. The team were friendly and careful and the result is a system that will 'see me out'! Can't thank them enough: they are real specialists!!

Not impressed, paid a lot of money (£400) for a septic tank inspection, which didn't spot that the pipe from the main chamber to the soak-away was blocked! Thought that would be fairly standard in any inspection.

I cannot fault the tremendous work carried out by UKPD solutions. From the start of the project to the finish, all involved exhibited a professional, dedicated and high standard of work ethic. The guys on site were superb, hardworking and not finishing until after 9pm on a number of nights. They treated my property with the utmost of respect. I am so glad I found you online. Our septic tank failed in December. After some research I contacted UKDP to enquire whether there was any faint hope in claiming on our home insurance. The level of service they provided from this point was exceptional. After we completed a simple fact find, they organised inspection and survey and liaised direct with our insurers to manage the claim for us. Once the claim was agreed by our insurers, UKDP arranged work and ensured successful completion. Our home went from raw sewage coming up through the drains, to a complete septic tank replacement, sewage plant installation and replacement of run-off pipework - All for the cost of our policy excess. The team of contractors that they used were brilliant. Highly proficient, punctual and always did what they said they were going to. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all at UKDP, but especially Rob Brindley who was professional and handled everything perfectly. I cannot recommend their service highly enough. Superb!
