The whole process as been very helpful and so straight forward, all my debts have been put into one payment, even when some refused they still are legally in the iva and have no worries about being chase by debt collectors anymore, the monthly payments are so much easier the whole process from the phone calls emails i was kept up to date all the time even when i missed the calls they would msg me as well

I'm now paying less every month, and feel like a weight has been lifted.

This service and the staff working in it, gave me a lifeline. They are highly professional and guided me every step of the way forward. I was struggling with my finances and my whole salary was going towards my creditors to pay my debts each month, I had got nothing left to pay my household bills, grocery and raising 5 children.
