Ordered 2 kilts. Took a little bit to arrive but was kept up to date by the vendor and kilts are very good quality for the price.

Keep away from this company. The
Business address in the UK - Pontypridd is just smoke and mirrors. Where exactly the company is based is not transparent. The kilt was made in Pakistan and shipped from Dubai. A refund for the wrong hardware was sent from Brasil.
The kilt took three months to arrive. The quality is quite frankly unbelievably bad. I wouldn't even wear it for a fancy dress party.
The customer service desk is based somewhere in the far east. The staff are extremely rude and attempt to intimidate anybody asking a 'negative' question.

I ordered a 5.11 tactical kilt.
Before I ordered I sent them an email to check if it would be exactly the same as the 5.11 tactical kilt the answer was YES don't wurry exactly the same.
On their website they also use the pictures of the original 5.11 but they send me a cheap knock off with many buttons for adjustment buttons it looks awfull and because of it the right pocket comes 1, 5" forward and there are 4 holes in a pocket probably because they used material from earlier mistakes. If you complain they refuse to help you.

Zero stars. Zero customer service. Zero items delivered on payment. All of my money stolen. Bunch of chancers sat in Pakistan robbing people.

I was expecting an I'll fit black watch kilt but to my surprise, it fits perfectly.

They first refunded me because of a payment system error then fulfilled the order within 4 days. Too quick excellent service.

Never received all parts of my order.

After a lot of cheek from the staff over email at the Ukkilt.co.uk they refunded me a mere £5 for the £33 worth of items they hadn’t sent me. They then had the cheek to ask for an additional £20 to send the goods they still hadn’t sent!?!?!? What???????

Now they refuse to fill the order unless I sent back the £5 they refunded me.

I don’t know what this company is on. Absolutely awful company to deal with, all staff rude and clearly on a different planet.

After reading reviews on here of the length of time for despatch, I emailed the company and they responded quickly to my email explaining that it was 3-5 working days for despatch. The scarf arrived within a day of despatch. The quality is excellent really happy with the purchase.

Once again, I only use one star as you cannot write a review with no stars. Please be aware before purchasing from this sub standard company that despite the name being Ukkilt, there is nothing uk about them and when they send you faulty good and you request a refund, they tell you that they purchased the goods from Pakistan and that you have to return them there at double the cost of what you actually paid for them before they will refund your money. This is despite them having a UK address. They offer to make you more sub standard good but trading standards are clear that if you recieve faulty goods that were bought online, you are entitled to a full refund. As I informed the company earlier, my contract was with Ukkilt.com not Pakistanikilt.com Also, do not be fooled by the pictures on their website as they have been pulled from other websites and do not represent their products.

Will not use the company again. Did not send the item and then also said they cannot issue the refund and I had to file a dispute with my bank to do so. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Arrived a day early, great as I want the outfit for a wedding which gives me more time to dress the outfit to look good
