Ordered 7th December it’s now 19th December, no show of the order, no communication from the Seller. I’ve sent loads of emails with no reply! Finally got a one line reply to my request to Cancel and Refund order, saying would be arranged now, well over 24 hours later still nothing and No replies to my further emails. This has now been passed to my Credit Card Issuer to resolve as feel it’s a scam now.
Like the others advise, please ignore the positive reviews as probably fake like the Site.

I ordered on 8th December and was informed that my order had shipped on 11th. I got a bit nervous on the 16th after reading the bad reviews here and emailed them twice. No response. However, today the figures arrived and are great. This is not a scam site but they clearly need to get better at communicating

It took a little longer than I expected for the order to arrive, but apart from that, no problems. It is not a scam site as what I ordered was delivered.

IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! They must be fake as I have had the same experience as others. Ordered Dec 1st, no sign of the order 10 days later so emailed and given short "we have a backlog. Order will be posted in next two days" response. It's now the 18th Dec and no sign of the order and no further info or responses from the seller. Appears to be a scam site

Ordered in November, when they weren't sent out by dec 17th my order was auto cancelled with no recourse. Really disappointed and no time to figure out such personal/ individualised replacement gift

Terrible business, don’t use them. They take your payment but don’t send items out at all, let alone when expected to. I disputed with bank and received a refund. There are many many people complaining on their facebook group, I was blocked for calling the company out.

This company have taken our money and lied to me over the phone about delivering the mini figures. we ordered in October for our son's birthday in November. When i called a couple of weeks ago they said they were a bit behind and would post it soon but they were clearly lying. No one picked up the phone today. They have never answered any emails and now i can see that their instagram has been deleted so i am guessing it is a total scam. I don't normally write reviews but i've never been ripped off like this before so i feel i have to do it.

This company are scammers still not received my order have emailed twice absolutely nothing now need to go source them elsewhere this close to Christmas absolutely disgusting ripping people off

Seriously avoid this seller, I personally think the positive reviews are made up. Items ordered, items not arrived emailed seller got a wishy washy response saying I would receive a tracking number, that never happened.
Bank was contacted and they rectified the issue.
Please save your money, this is obviously a scam and the seller has no morals. There are plenty of brick fairs and other sites that provide genuine sales.

Received an email from seller after posting this review. Just to clarify I kept the original confirmation and the follow-up email, if they had fulfilled the order then I wouldn't have left the review.
Saying I lied and telling me to "jog on" speaks volumes.

AVOID!! This company are scammers. Ordered weeks ago and nothing! No communication, no refund and don’t even deserve 1 star. Like others have said unsure if good reviews are fake. Their site reviews show positive first. Please do not order from them, I wish I’d have read the reviews properly. AVOID!!!!

Ordered a few weeks back, have not received anything yet. Only received an order confirmation from a no-reply email. The contact links on the site does not work, no phone number or email address, only a chat box which never replies.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM. Take your order, no confirmation emails, don’t send the items and don’t respond to emails or calls. I have had to involve my bank to try and reclaim the money

I placed an order on 27th November. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. The emails I am sending keep bouncing back and there is no one answering the mobile number listed as their contact. Avoid this site, I think it is a scam

Absolutely abysmal, I don’t care what anyone else writes regarding them being busy etc. the fact is that they are taking peoples money, responding once in a blue moon advising that “your order is next” but never delivering. This is fraudulent behaviour and I am surprised they are still in business.

I very much doubt that any of these positive reviews are legitimate. Please do yourselves a favour and steer well clear. If you place an order now you will never receive before Christmas.

I placed an order 14 October 2024, was advised of a delivery between 18 and 22 October 2024. As I write this review on 09 December 2024 I am yet to receive a thing.

**update….Following my TrustPilot review, I received some unprofessional emails and now there its radio silence. So I have had to report to my bank to reclaim my money.

Made payment for an order in early October, it's now two weeks till Christmas, no order received and the company won't respond or refund me.

Customer service was great and it seems they are very busy at thus time of year however they were great with communication and the figures were amazing. I have already recommended them to others.

The selection of figures available is very good and the quality of the actual minifigures is great!

There was a slight delay with receiving my order but no issues with that for me

Ordered 11/11, still not even shipped. They not respond to messages/online chat. On Facebook they claimed it was shipped but haven't providing a tracking number. So many cases on there from people having the same experience. Avoid!!!!

I ordered 8 horror based minifigures. The selection available was very good and the quality of the actual minifigures is great!

There was a slight delay in receiving my order, owing to backlog. I made contact with the company and they rectified this issue immediately and I received the order in a matter of days.

The customer service was excellent and the quality, selection and price of the minifigures is outstanding.

10/10 would recommend and make future purchases.

I received an email asking me to review my purchases but I have not received my order. I ordered £30s worth of minifigures & have received absolutely nothing. I have tried emailing them, no response, I managed to find a phone number & messaged them, no response. These are Christmas presents, one of which is the one thing my son is really excited to receive & I’m now going to have to source it else where for 10x as much. I wish I’d read the reviews on here 1st & not gone off the ones on the website.
I feel I have definitely been scammed. They don’t even respond to bad reviews on here.
