Ria has been most helpful. The lenders were being rather difficult so several things had to be done twice by myself which I found most frustrating hence rather delaying things.
Ria is a great communicator and pushed things on with the lenders and kept me in the picture. I have now had an offer and Jess is now handling the last details. Thank you Ria for your part. Patricia

The whole process with UK Property Finance was made very straightforward - given that it could have been a very daunting situation - especially, if like me, you have never used bridging finance before. One member of their team - Kelly Garvie - kept me informed at every stage. She was both professional and patient when she explained everything to me.

Exceptional Support from Priya During Bridging Loan Application
I currently in the process applying for A-typical bridging loan. Priya has been responsive professional and informative through this phase. I have read some of the 1 star reviews, of which do not seem fair. Before, requesting the £499 commitment Priya insured i was fully informed of the amount UKPF would be able to obtain.
I will keep you posted on my journey.

My Personal experience for a bridging…
My Personal experience for a bridging loan was not the best they took over 9months for a 1 year mortgage loan they procedure is more lengthy than normal mortgage loan its for a 1year bridging finance but I have to admit they do have very good rates
If I know it would take this long I would not have taken it but they do have very good staff . JESSICA HYRE was extremely good with her communication and did a great job as a broker chasing everybody . Her dedication is what kept me going during thus extremely long
Conveyancing if it was not for JESSICA I would have left it . It did cause a lot of stress waiting for 9months, their mortgage solicitors keep bringing new things every time a completion date is set

We are sorry that you received issues with the lender and their legal team and this caused delays with the length of time it took to get this case through to completion.
