I arranged this cake from Australia for my Ukrainian conversation buddy’s 40th birthday. Communication from the company was thorough, friendly and reassuring throughout, both with me and with the recipient.
When her fridge-freezer unexpectedly broke down, it initially seemed like a disaster. However, the company was wonderfully accommodating and delivered the cake on Saturday. Her new fridge arrived on Sunday—but by then, there was no cake left! It had been happily consumed throughout the day by three people, with even the cat apparently giving it a seal of approval—so it was certainly feline-approved!
The cake looked absolutely fabulous, and I am told that it tasted amazing: beautifully light, fresh, and full of flavour. The care taken with both the presentation and the service made a long-distance birthday gesture feel truly special.
I would happily recommend this company for its excellent communication, reliability, flexibility, and delicious baking. Thank you for helping me send such a memorable treat all the way from Australia!

I have sent flowers many times with your service. I was disappointed with the last delivery because I heard from my fiancé that the quality of the roses was not good. I sent an email communicating this but have yet to have a response. In the last 18 months this has never happened. What is your solution to address this misstep? Thank you for your feedback, and also for trusting us with so many flower deliveries over the past 18 months. We are sorry this delivery did not meet your expectations, and we would like to provide some clarification.
We reviewed the arrangement in question. Because you selected a combination of red and white roses, our florist used two different rose varieties to achieve the requested colours. The stems were matched in length and freshness, but the varieties naturally have slightly different bud sizes and shapes. The flowers themselves were fresh and of good quality; the difference you noticed was in the natural size and appearance of the two rose varieties.
We also emailed you with this explanation a few days after your review was posted. We are sorry our response was not as prompt as it should have been.
