I do not know what this company actually offer. They offer you the world and tell you there are hundreds of grants and 96% of people get approved, take your £270 and then offer you nothing. They take days to answer emails, the business plan tool is faulty and doesn't produce anything you could send to a prospective investor, there is no support that doesn't require additional payments. The funding lists take nearly two weeks to come through and are complete garbage. I have just requested a new search and received 4 funding options for Domiciliary Care, my business is handcrafted gifts, not relevant, I would not be eligible and of no use to me what so ever. Totally ridiculous, they don't even sign off on their emails with a name so you have no idea who you are communicating with, and have no telephone support so you cannot speak to anyone. Awful experience, beware of this company.

I started the conversation with a team member last year in August and signed up. I explained what we hope to achieve. Perhaps this was not communicated well internally because we did not get what we hoped for. Transparency is okay. I cannot ask to apply for grants, and I am presented with loans.

I just grew really tired of the entire thing because it did not yield as promised. To date, no progress.
I would advise that sales personnel should not just be particular about closing sales deals but also close a deal with adequate information that lines up with the goal of the client.
I cannot ask and be promised one thing and be presented another. That was not okay.

Beth helped write my business plan and it was ready within one week. Communication was regular and consistant through each stage. UK Start Ups is a brilliant service in gaining funding especially if you do not have time to do it yourself and reasonably priced too, highly recommend their services.

I genuinely feel they supported me very well and they have been prompt in making the right decisions.

I would like you to seriously adapt to being more available on the phone as I can’t always be on emails and when I do manage to see a reply to a question or issue by time it’s resolved it’s too late

They respond quickly and are always very kind and courteous and never make me stressed
