Poor Customer Service
Difficulty closing my account and getting the final payment done. One staff member will not advise outstanding balance, refused to transfer call to a supervisor or manager as "they are in a meeting". Refuses to ask accounts and is fundamentally unhelpful and rude. Customers know when they are being mislead and fobbed off. Called back and spoke to her colleague who could not have been more helpful if he tried. Such a shame to have to give one star rating just because of one "cant be bothered" member of staff.

I am moving back to the UK from the USA. Booking my unit in Avonmouth from the States was most efficient and not a bad rate. Military veteran and senior discount would have been the icing on the cake - sadly not offered
