Don't bother placing an order, I ordered & paid for priority delivery, my order never turned up, I got told it was with DPD & the next time with Royal Mail, every time it is a different excuse. I've asked for a refund, I dread to think how long it will take or if I will ever get my money back.

I would also leave 0 stars if I could. Purchased a 900puff vape, it doesn't charge up or work, they have refused to refund or replace the faulty item.
This was the reason:
As per our policy, we don't have any replacements/refunds on disposable vapes. As you know we are not the manufacturer, we are just retailers. But I will forward your concern to the manufacturer.
Surely if you are selling a faulty item you are responsible for it!
Do not buy from them, poor customer service and just want your money.

I would give a 0 star review if it was possible. This company took my order and payment of £99 then called the next day to say my purchase was out of stock, there was no other flavour that I liked so they said a refund would be given and I would receive within 3-5 working days, that was almost 3 weeks ago and still no refund has been made. They do not reply to emails and they do not answer the phone when calling. Do not buy anything from this retailer, they will rip you off

The hayati pro ultra 15k rainbow vapes is incredible it was 15.99 with 3day postage and it performs like a dream i really recommend ordering 1 if your always out and about as it has 2 12ml pod things in it and ive had it a week now and its only just needed recharging so if your on a night out and you need something you can rely on and know you dojt have to worry about charging it this hayati pro ultra 15k is for you even if you just want something for everyday use this is perfect and postage was awesome no damage whatsoever thanks for this amazing deal!
