My experience was great. Consultation fine, procedure went well, felt comfortable although 12 weeks on I still have quite lumpy legs and a long way of recovery. I had a top up scelotherapy top up which is healing much better than the lumps from initial procedure. However when I saw the surgeon for a review after initial procedure I was told the uk vein clinic would call me to arrange the top up however this was not the case, I had to call them after 4 days. This was already paid for and I felt they didn’t treat the top up procedure with as much care as the initial procedure. The surgeon on the top up was very thorough! Initial procedure was 9/5/26 and still got lumpy legs which apparently are still healing and I’ve been told can take up to 12 months to recover, this however is not the impression I gained from the uk vein clinic testimonials where I would take the bandages off and my veins would all be gone so that was disappointing. I also did not know that varicose and thread vein treatments were seperate I thought that I paid to have both legs done and that would cover all the veins protruding both varicose and thread for which I am disappointed. My legs are much better than they were but they are a long way off recover so for that reason I feel quite deflated by the whole experience!

My entire experience at the Vein Clinic was excellent. I had two different treatments for varicose veins and I'm still healing but very happy with the results. I chose this company over others as the price was reasonable in comparison and the wait times far less. They also offer weekend appointments. The team were all lovely and made me feel at ease and cared for. I thoroughly recommend.

Extremely friendly and very professional at all times, from the receptionist to the consultant ,always making you feel at ease, and explain the procedure all the way through.

I found the staff at the Vain Clinic to be very kind and very helpful, the nurses that were with me when i had the procedure were so supportive and made me feel relaxed and truly made it feel a much better experience than i thought it would be.

Staff where efficient and offered good advice. Procedure was pain free and also had check to make sure it had gone to plan.
