I used to go to a local shop for my vape juice/products. I used to order with ultimate juice 8 years ago. I came back to the site 2 years ago and haven't been anywhere since. The quality of the products is incredible! The taste is consistently great! I've recommended ultimate juice to a lot of my friends and family who vape and they have all said the same. The free delivery may as well be first class as the product is packaged thoughtfully and carefully. 10 out of 10 with in every department. The price is great too. And they continue to provide sales which are even better value. I recently purchased 5 x 100ml bottles of liquid and at £2.50 a bottle on sale you can't argue with that.

Fast delivery and very good prices
I have used nearly every flavour in the Soda King Bar Salts range and they are all packing bags of flavour. The mineral water one is actually a really good flavour. I also got some pre-filled devices for a very cheap price so I keep coming back to see the offers they have on each week. Fast delivery and very good prices. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Thrives, scum, that's the only way I can describe this company. I ordered a couple of tanks from them and 1 of them was missing half of the parts from it even though it was all "fully sealed" meaning it was unusable. Tries to contact them over this matter for 5 days and they refuse to reply or answer their phone to respond to and rectify this. I have have to take this matter to my bank to retrieve the money back

It's also important to note that Ultimate Juice Ltd is a reseller, not the manufacturer or packager of this product. While we make every effort to check stock quality, missing components can occasionally occur within certain batches. When this happens and is brought to our attention, we immediately report the issue to the manufacturer and conduct sample checks on the affected batch to prevent further issues.
While we understand your frustration, we must note that our staff were subjected to inappropriate language and accusations during this process. We always strive to handle all matters professionally and ask that communication remains respectful in return.
At this stage, we consider this matter resolved, as we have offered all reasonable solutions available.

1st vape faulty, second one was already used.
First vape I ordered came faulty, it was firing whenever the tank was connected (magnet tank) so i ordered a second one and the coil was burnt with bits of black stuff flying down my neck as i used it, not very pleasant. Outrageous that you can send me a burnt coil as if someone has used it before. 2 weeks later still waiting for a refund. Will not go here again…

Since the kits are prepacked and sealed directly by Geekvape, we unfortunately don’t have control over whether an item may be faulty out of the box. That said, we do offer a 30-day return policy for either a replacement or refund to support our customers if such issues arise.
