Very good customer service answer came within a day of writing they helped a lot with my numerous questions.
I ended up ordering a different one than what they recommended a ur 104 for a Honda vfr 800 2001 for my KTM 640 2004 so I could make my own cables.
The rectifier looks good I can't test it so far as the bike is in storage but the delivery was fast it came in 3 days and the plugs fit very well was easy to install and didn't hit the negative battery post like the original did.
Very nice people at customer support when i asked if they sell extra crimps in case they break they offered to send new ones I will make sure to recommend them to friends.

Well, what can I say. Brilliant customer service.
Original product arrived in good time and was simple and easy to fit, (BMW F800 st). After a few months I had a failure and the Rudy and team quickly replaced the unit. However there was a slight issue with the plug on this unit (I would suggest this to be a supplier issue rather than UR) and although it was difficult to show/explain the unit was replaced in good faith.
So the number of units they probably sell it’s reasonable to think a percentage won’t be perfect as any company selling a product but it’s how a company deals with these issues is what I value and I think they have done a great job. I will say, I used the WhatsApp option as method of contact and they have always responded, even when I simply sent a video demonstrating my issue and they still responded to show a little gratitude as now they know they can rectify issues or as a company deal with it. So I have to say I’m happy I chose UR.

Website and ordering was fine, product not so much.

Having a 1994 VFR750, new to me, which is known for charging issues I decided to do a preventative upgrade to the 'Ultimate'.
6 months and max of 2,000km later it dies leaving me at the side of the road with a huge recovery bill.
Putting the old un-branded one back on when I got home of course restored normal operation.

Emails asking about the '3 year warranty' go unanswered so it seems like the warranty isn't worth the pixels its written on.

Update- They got back to me with a return label. I had been responding to receipt emails which turned out to be a no-reply.

Nadat de nieuwe UR spanningsregelaar op de motor was gemonteerd bleek deze niet goed te werken. Contact gezocht met de leverancier (Rudy) en samen gezocht naar mogelijke oorzaken. Niet gevonden en terstond werd een ieuwe opgestuurd die het prima deed. Uitstekende service!

The new unit is doing an outstanding job putting out 14.55v at 1200rpm and unlike the OEM unit runs completely cool to the touch.

I placed an order for a Vfr 750 rectifier on the 18/08/25 it’s supposed to take 5 to nine days,the order says complete on their website no shipping date,I have tried ringing and the number doesn’t exist. They are a big con don’t bother it’s a big scam !

Perfect! Needed a new rectifier/regulator for my 2003 Aprilia Caponord. UR's plug and play model fitted perfectly and gives a steady 14,5 volt at idling rpm. High quality looks and feels, very happy

I Purchased an ultimate rectifier for my 2008 Daytona 675 in December 24, fitted it and started using my bike in March 25, this month august 25, I had some troubles with the charging system with my bike. I emailed ultimate rectifier not sure if it was related to that, Rudy Coppens of customer services was super fast to reply with information and I soon realised it wasn’t the rectifier that was the problem and the bike is now fixed. I would definitely buy from this company again and would recommend it to friends. Customer service is top notch and you don’t see this often now. Thanks again.

Ich hatte an meiner Suzuki Gsxr 750 ein Problem mit der Steckverbindung zur Lichtmaschine. Ich habe mit UR kontaktiert und ihnen mitgeteilt, dass der Stecker schmelzen könnte. Mir wurde hier sehr schnell geholfen. Ich habe es gar nicht angesprochen doch UR hat von sich aus mir einen neuen kompletten Rectifier geschickt. Das finde wirklich toll und einen schnellen Service. Herr Coppens war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterstützung.

I have yet to test the rectifier and will comment about after some extensive riding. But I can already say the customer service is awsome.
Shipment of the first order was quick, unfortunately the mail service in Austria lost the package, I made a second order and informed the customer service - they immediately replied very kindly - filed their own inquiry - and shipped the second order out instantly.

Put one on my Guzzi V7, it is smaller than OEM and works excellent. Fits exactly over OEM mounting points. Connectors were allready assembled and was plug and play.

Als liefhebber van oude motoren en docent motorvoertuigtechniek kijk ik met andere ogen naar de motoren die ik ooit aangeschaft heb. Ik heb er nu 9. Normaal laat ik een motor met permanente magneet dynamo staan vanwege onbetrouwbare inefficiënte spanningsregeling, waarbij altijd veel hitte ontwikkeld wordt! Vroeg of laat gaan daardoor regelaar en vaak ook de stator kapot. De serieregelaar van Ultimate Rectifier werkt op een ander principe. Nog nooit zo'n stabiele laadspanning gezien met een regelaar die niet eens warm wordt! Super!!

Goede kwaliteit regelaars en de klanten service is in 1 woord top.

Helped me choose the correct Regulator Rectifier for my BMW F650 . Order arrived quickly .
New Regulator Rectifier looks almost too good to hide away and is excellent quality . Came with all new connectors and instructions on how to wire into the motorcycle .
6 months fitted now and Voltage is rock solid and Rectifier runs significantly cooler than my old one .

We needed a part for our Aprillia motorbike. We found the part on this site but it required a bit of adjustment which we felt, if we did it would not be a perfect fit. We asked if it were possible for the company to make the adjustment. They were brilliant. Very helpful. Very informative In particular Rudy from Customer services was just excellent. Sent pictures checking first to make sure we knew what we would be receiving then kept in touch and sent pictures of it completed before sending. Just brilliant customer service. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Excellent rectifier. Replaced the original Honda rectifier on a CBR 1000RR with the Ultimate Rectifier.

The UR charges way cooler than the original and shipping was very quick to Ireland.

Le régulateur pour Honda SHADOW VT1100 C3 modèle UR-R-132 n'est pas disponible sur le site Ultimate Rectifier, mais on peut le commander sur Amazon.
Le régulateur fonctionne bien sur VT1100 C3 de 1998, régule à 14V-14,1V dans tous les régimes testé jusqu'à 3500tr/mn environ à l'accélération.
Au ralenti la tension descend à 13,8V.
Contact coupé, la tension aux bornes de la batterie lithium est de 13,23V.
Les câbles sont un peu courts mais j'ai pu les connecter en tirant. 2 ou 3 cm de plus aurait été préférable.
Le connecteur livré côté stator est différent de celui d'origine : le système de fermeture est inversé, mais j'ai pu l'adapter avec les connecteurs livrés.
Le régulateur se fixe bien sur la moto, l'entre-axe minimum étant d'environ 55mm au lieu de 70mm mentionné sur le plan sur Amazon (il faut 68mm).
Le régulateur est tiède au toucher, les câbles côté stator chauffent légèrement. La tension mesurée en sortie de stator est de 24 à 65Vac régulateur non connecté, et chute à environ 7Vac en charge (régulateur branché, moto démarrée).
