We were looking for a company to transport a vehicle from Memphis to Georgia. We came across this company and Kassi was our customer service person. She was truly Awesome! She explained everything in detail and addressed any questions and concerns we may have had. The process was seamless. We paid the required deposit and within minutes we were dispatched and a driver picked up the assignment. The car was picked up the very next day by our driver Mike and delivered to our door in hours. The driver kept in contact letting me know that he was close and his eta. I am very happy that we found this gem and we will most definitely referring the company and using there services again.

Great communication, Jerry was very honest from the beginning. He helped us taking a good decision. Transport was completed in a timely manner as he said. Miguel the driver gave us time frames which he accomplished. He was careful with the car. We are grateful. Our car is back and we have no complaints at all.

Here: I randomly found this service online and asked for a quote along with several other services to have my repaired vehicle brought back home from a repair shop 8 hours away. Jerry called me immediately and explained what to watch for when dealing with carriers, like hidden fees and extra charges. He assured me his price was final. He kept up with me until my vehicles repairs were finished then set up the pickup. He responded to every text I sent while waiting for transport to get set. The driver was terrific in texting me 3-4 times on drive to keep me up to date on ETA. The car was delivered on time and in great shape, with agreed upon price. Great folks to deal with and would highly recommend them.

Everything was great especially with Junie who assimilated with getting me a driver to pick up our vehicle and transport it from VA to NV. 5 stars. Only issue was with the driver. Otherwise I will definitely use their services again if and when the need arises.

During the transport, I was in constant communication withe the driver and do you want to know the best thing? The vehicle came in 3 DAYS early!! What a pleasant surprise. We purchased a vehicle earlier this month from another state..getting it home was going to be a little bit of a project..we contacted Ultimate Transport 123 and worked with Anthony and the team and within 5 days over the MLK Holiday weekend had the vehicle delivered and at our home..
