It feels like a nightmare I can't wake up from. It all started on Hinge. I connected with someone who offered to show me the ropes of crypto arbitrage. To build trust, they forwarded 15.87 BNB to my wallet to register on their platform. I followed their lead, traded, and actually withdrew 34.24 BNB. Convinced it was real, they urged me to scale up. I risked my life savings totaling $259,687. My dashboard skyrocketed to $1,986,633. Thrilled, I attempted to pull out $1,577,224, only to be hit with a 17% tax clearance amounting to $268,128. Desperate, I scrambled to pay it, relying on my previous successful withdrawal as proof it worked. Then came a demand for a 35% wallet verification fee. The illusion shattered. I contacted authorities who pointed me to a crypto asset recovery team (FiscopAdvisor LLC). Their investigators tracked the BNB straight to Kraken P2P, identified the culprit's bank details, and successfully recovered the stolen funds.

The UltraPDF offer is not clear.

I signed up for the £1.99 option and a few days later I was billed £49.99 with recurring monthly billing.
I called the bank to report this. The bank asked if UltraPDF had sent Terms. I looked back and they had, in the Order Confirmation for the £1.99
The Terms showed that there is a Trial Period of one week, thereafter it automatically renews and then I paid £49.00. Therefore, it's not fraud technically, but it's not made clear unless you read the 'Terms and conditions of use' that amounts to 6,162 words. To make it even more infuriating, when I try to use my £49.99 subscription, I can't reset my password (even if I had one).
In my opinion, that is misleading, or worse. I recommend finding a different solution and read the reviews first...

SCAM BEWARE, I was caught by this crowd last year, but thought I had cancelled my "Subscription" (which I never signed up for). The charge has now reappeared again, the payment for €49.99 has been made by my bank, and I have had to cancel and replace my Visa card. How are these gangsters allowed to continue to 'trade'?

This is a complete fraud. These fraudsters deducted around 49 pounds from my bank account. I only paid £1 as part of an application, but they used my bank details to take more money from my account without my consent.
I don't understand why nobody has been able to take legal action against them. Shame on you, Ultra PDF. I want my money back.

This company is a total SCAM!! How are they still operating given the amount of people who have had the same experience. They debited £1 and then £49.99 a few days later from my account with no prior agreement. Please avoid and report!

They charge me 49 pound any reason i want my refund and I don’t know how to cancel this

NOT 1 STAR. Scammers of the highest order, don't even remember doing a £1 one off purchase but have taken £49.99 out of my account since DECEMBER without me realising, their 'support' email address bounces back, when attempting to log in, of course the page 'expires' so impossible to get into to cancel, have spoke with barlcays who have removed my card from their site but now having to raise a dispute to try and get any money back at all.

No better than a common thief,had to get my bank to block any more payments,took 49.99 when 1 week earlier it cost a pound to convert a pdf,avoid like the plague.

I Paid £1.99 to convert a document on the 30th March on the 6th Aprill they chargerd me £49.99. Iin that week I was unable to log into their website, or contact them because I had no account number. I DESPUTED the £49.99 charge with my bank and I have only just seen these reviews from others who were scammed by them. Who pays £49.99 a month to convert documents to PFF when a Scanner is £29.99? Don't use them ever

It is a scam. A massive scam. I try get a subscription but I cancel it after, a month later, I GOT A 50 POUND BILL ON MY CREDIT CARD. Whoever reads this don't use it. It will keep on going and you will have to contact your bank.

You pay 1 euro trial and then they charge you with 49.99. Do not pay anything!!!! Find alternatives, please!

Plainly a scam operation which is a pity since the software actually works ok.
As with others my £1.99 payment (by debit card for a 7 day trial was followed by a£49.99 payment a week later.
The payment was taken by ultrapdf and the invoice was from PDFsmart.Clearly the same outfit.
I was ablle to access an account with PDFsmart and cancelled "my subscription" which was confirmed by email.We shall see if that is successful.
It is impossible to access any account with ultra pdf.So I emailed them as well.
My bank has blocked ultra pdf and i hope that that is the end of the matter. Hopefully my bank will reverse the £49.99 as these companies have a long scamming history.

Son estafadores. Intentan cobrar 49,99€ por suscripción falsa. Por fortuna, la política anti fraude de mi banco lo ha detectado automáticamente y ha rechazado el pago.

Just like everyone else here, got scammed for £49.99, and thank goodness managed to block them. But every month they try and try to charge my Visa card.
Not only, the programme didn’t manage to open the pdf as advertised either, which I’ve paid £1 + £49.99 for.

Ultrapdf est une arnaque: j'ai moi aussi été débité par ultrapdf de près de 50€/par mois avec au départ l'impossibilité d'annuler l'abonnement. Il faut aller sur le site de pdfsmart, ce que j'ai découvert par hasard.
