The package arrived in good time, and the product met high expectations. The new generation of batteries and dayblades are a nice value add.

The sabers I ordered had better parts than what I ordered. Both my sabers are identical, and they feel indestructible. I have been a swordsman for 21 years. In my hands, these feel like power. The orders both came alarmingly fast. I will NEVER need any other lightsaber in my life. I am now complete.

Worst Sabers on the market

I order a saber for my friends kid spent 200 bucks think I was getting a quilty product but all I got was a crappy impression of a Saber the hilt was so bulky and off balance, lighting was ok at best, but the sound was awful VS a three sabers from saber pro at a total of 260 and was far better on all accounts ultra sabers is an absolute scam with dated technology and they wanted me to spend more money to fix there crappie design and when I said no I want a refund that told me no and if I wanted to ship it back id have to pay to shipping costs worst Saber company ever.

Everything was great but my saber came with a messed up screw that makes taking the blade out and putting it back in difficult.

The custom saber step by step was good, a little confusing for me to start but not difficult. Everything else so far though has been great.
Support and speed of delivery was great, we are in Adelaide, Australia.
I would suggest that if you want basic sound and light effects Obsidian was good we got it for free, but we should have got a more expensive or cooler looking hilt with the money we saved. The 36inch blade is perfect.
The swing motion sound effect is the only minor complaint, we have to swing quite vigorously for it to sense the movement.

Overall though really recommend these guys.

I really just kind of like how well made the saber was surprisingly a lot more durable than I thought it would be as well other than that I had an overall great experience

Quick and accurate delivery. It unfortunately didn't fully fix the issue with my saber, but at least I know it isn't the battery. Considering how the prior one lasted 10 years, it was likely due a new one anyway.

The covertec wheel is installed too high up on the saber. I requested it be installed "Rear Side Near Pommel" and they installed it several inches above the pommel.

Fantastic service and product. I've been ordering a lot of birthday presents this way and continuing to be impressed by the quality of all the sabers.

Great Saber, love the sound, hilt is much bigger and thicker than I expected, awesome if you want this version definitely would buy again

After buying my **first** saber from a company called Electrum and waiting 9 or so months (should have been 2 weeks) for a product that broke, Ultrasabers conversely turned out to be really good!

I attend a Choreography class at my local rec center and they use Ultrasaber combat sabers since they're pretty cheap and easy to wield.
I put my faith in Ultrasabers seeing as a bunch of my classmates use them and got a Neopixel blade with all the features and wasn't let down.

The blade tracks motion very well, slowing and speeding up the sound font as you move the saber around. And the saber shipped customized to my specifications within like 4-5 days.

Absolute cinema 🙌
