not this time.

Quickly measured melting point (repeated twice to make sure) instead of 106-108 C, it melted on a long 83-94 C interval indicating that the product is not pure or maybe even something different. Did not want to waste my time on GCMS or NMR which I happen to have access to, just tossed it to the trash. Do not recommend, I'd rather order directly from China.

Scam

Scam. I bought 1x nasal spray of Semax and 1x nasal spray of Selank. 1st of all it took a week to even ship. I reached out to the company via email and phone and received no response. I finally received the package and it was not refrigerated so the nasal spray is essentially bad already since it was reconstituted. And I only received the Semax. No Selank in there. I reached out to the company again and no response. I can’t fight it with my bank since it was ACH. BUYER BEWARE.

Here is the deal with umbrella

Guys. Umbrella labs will send your product but mine took a month and nearly 1 week to arrive in my case. Understandable to feel ghosted after not getting a email response (I didn't either) but my oxiracetam did arrive today after ordering in February 20 something. Stay on the lookout for your package.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I've made several orders with umbrella labs, but the most recent one will be my last....Their fulfillment and shipping are slow as molasses on every order... this time I only received half of my order....their are much better companies to choose from. Dont waste your time.

Ordered delivered, missing high-value items, No response from company

I placed an order subtotaling over $450. A package arrived, but it only contained about half of the items I paid for. Specifically, three items (totaling almost $300 in value) were completely missing. Day of, I received an email inaccurately declaring that all of my order had been delivered. This was incorrect.

I immediately reached out to customer support with photo evidence of the contents and the inaccurate information, but I have not received a refund or response from the lab.

Notably, the lack of communication is serious and concerning. I bought an optional Insurance Protection service from Umbrella, failure to fulfill, without a refund, is a red flag. I’m preparing documentation to file a merchandise dispute with my bank.

Update: The rest of the order arrived. Unfortunately, the NA-Semax leaked out of the bottle, which was not sealed during transit. Extremely disappointing. I have received no refund for this.

They took my money and refuse to ship

They took my money and refuse to ship. Paid using IDEM and the order went through only for them to then change the status of the order. They refuse to respond to my emails and simply stole my money. Avoid this company.

BUYER BEWARE

My first order was placed in February and I received my order although it was not shipped in a timely manner. I decided to overlook it. On March 9, decided to place another order as they do offer a lot of products I’m interested in. So, March 16, a week later, finally received an email that order had shipped even though only a shipping label had been printed. Fast forward another week to March 23, the tracking status still shows only a shipping label has been created. The past few days I have sent 2 emails to inquire about it and received no response. I have called both phone numbers listed on website and it just goes to voicemail to leave a message. I don’t know if my order will actually ever ship or not but I do have the option to do a chargeback although that is not what I really want to have to do. I just want my order shipped already and want to warn other folks that if you place an order, you’ll likely be on here leaving a bad review like the rest of us.

They won't comminucate right away.

It took 20 days from payment to recieve product. Communication was poor at best, so here's how they communicate.
When the order goes through they let you know they have your money assign an order # then you go into a system.
About a week to 10 days later they let you know your stuff is packed. There you get a tracking #. That sits till the following Monday or Tuesday when the Post Office picks up. This is speculation about their procedures, but that was the timeline.
My order arrived complete although there were some rough messages left after getting no response to email or phone messages. Strangely those were made the day before tracking, and the day before shipping pick up.
Would I use them again.....at least once to investigate the bad reviews. Perhaps they just had a rough spot while the company grew.
Overall. The 3.5 in the other review is accurate.

Order not shipping one week after order - email went unanswered

I placed an order on UL web site on 3/14 and got an automatic email confirmation shortly after. However, as of 3/21, it is still showing "Processing" on my order status. I emailed their support on 3/18 and got no response. I called their 855 number on 3/19 and 3/20 but only got their voicemail. This is quite abnormal because I ordered with them a couple of months ago and the order was shipped 2 days after order. I wonder if something bad has happened to this business. If I still don't hear from them next Monday, I may have to contact my bank and dispute the charge unfortunately.
Edit on 3/21, two hours after I posted this review, I got the shipping confirmation from them. I don't know it is just a coincidence or what. I don't think their shipping dept usually works on the weekendsb but I am just glad they are able to ship my order.

I ordered cyclazadone from umbrella labs, and 1 week later, they created a shipping label but never sent the product. It has now been almost 2 weeks since my order. This is for order number 529678.

I would be happy to update this review if the situation is rectified.

Scam company

Scam company - said they shipped my item on March 3rd, gave me a USPS tracking number. It's now March 16th, and the tracking number shows that the USPS has not even received the item. All Umbrella Labs did was print a shipping label.
Reached out to them 3 times to the customer service email, and have not had a single response.
They only do ACH or bitcoin, so you'll never get your money back, as you can't file a dispute on either of those.

If I could give it a big fat 0 I would. Ordered over a week ago. Just got my tracking number yesterday. And at usps still says waiting for pick up. This company sucks and will not use them again.

I was a little concerned with the slow shipping, but it seemed to be a prob with USPS.

Excellent packaging, excellent product, including the Certificate of Analysis.

Will do business with them again.

5 Month Customer (Continuous)

Customer of around 5 months and I really can't say there have been any actual issues that would be on fault of the team over at Umbrella. Every shipment I have ordered came with everything except maybe one time where it came with a different COA from something I had ordered, but that's understandable not only due to the quantity and complexity of the specific order but I could also assume the influx of requests they've been getting with the increased popularity of peptides.

The only shipping problems that do persist I would say would be liquids.. there is some escaping (condensation droplets) due to the changes in pressure during transit; however, it is completely understandable as it happens to any other glass bottles utilizing a built-in dropper (reminded me of vape juice from back in the day).

Had a singular order that arrived in separate packages, don't know the reason as to why, but I was able to track the separation with USPS knowing what day each package was arriving to my home and what specific product it contained.

Prices are great, and deals are constantly running, might be worth it to find someone who has been sponsored to addon to whatever percentage of the order is being already taken off.

buyer beware !!!!!!!

it has been a week and no updates on my product status !!!! still says processing. contacted them by phone and email. I have sent emails .... they dont reply. i have called and it goes strait to voicemail and they dont return calls. very poor customer service.. my firt order went great with them now they have ripped me off for over 240 dollars. veru frustrated

Good, but needs improvement

I have placed a number of orders with this company and have always received my orders and the products have been high quality. They have always been slow with shipping however. Pretty soon after ordering, a tracking number is generated, but there is a huge lag in getting the package to the shipper. My last order there was the usual lag, and after about a week I contacted them about this a number of times before I received a response. I was eventually informed that the product was out of stock (even though I was allowed to order it and a tracking number was generated) and they offered a refund, which I received within the time frame specified. Good customer service equals high customer confidence, which is crucial especially when customers are prepaying for a product. The issues in this review need to be addressed and resolved by the vendor, and customers need to be reassured of their credibility. High quality products is very important, but more so is trustworthiness, reputation, and performance.
