Wonderful service
Mr Syed Zaheer who was out contact person throught our Umrah trip was very helpful. This is the 2nd time we used his services. The drivers are all polite and helpful and the vehicles comfortable. He also remembered us. Will definitely recommend their services and will use them again on our next Umrah trip InshAllah.

DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP
We got to the airport, got a sim for our phone and tried to reach out to the driver. The driver did not respond to calls or messages. He was aware of the flight number which showed that my flight was delayed quite a bit.

Our driver was late and was very busy talking and texting on his phone almost all the way from Airport to our hotel in Mecca.

Upon investigation of your case, we found that there was excessive traffic on the day in question, which caused delays in the arrival of your driver. Additionally, we have taken disciplinary action against the driver for using a mobile phone while driving.
