Après une 20 vingtaine d email pour modifier mon avis je vous mets une 3 étoile. Le sav après une bataille d’e-mail en avoir un remboursement. Par contre pour modifier l’avis là on c’est vite me contacter. Bref je ne recommanderai pas pour autant.

Great Quality and Fast Service
Ordering from social media ads can be sketchy sometimes but I had an amazing experience with Luminessa Jewelry. They kept you informed on your order all the way until delivery. I received the product in the mail within a week. The bracelet and gift box were in perfect condition and is great quality! I highly recommend!

This company not only responded immediately to my initial request, they reached BACK out to let me know they were working on a way to accommodate my original issue. They were not originally able to help me with the issue, but the fact that they reached back out, proved that they care about not only their product, but their reputation and relationships with customers. Bad customer service
When I made the purchase I didn't realise there were options on the size of bracelet as it defaults to the smallest size. The bracelet arrived and the sizing is wrong. The quality is nice and therefore I just wanted to send it back and get the next size up. I checked on the website and there's no difference in price. The personalisation of the item is also easily removed. I sent them an email and after a delayed response they said they could not exchange the bracelet and I would need to pay for a new one if I wanted the next size. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. It was supposed to be a special gift (which didn't arrive before Christmas, even though it said it should have). Again, the quality seems good but the service isn't what you would expect
