Easy to place order. Order was shipped quickly.

I love Uncle Buds Hemp aloe, I live in Florida and it's the best out there. I placed my ordered of 2 bottles, 10 days later I still hadn't received any info on my order and I had to contact customer service. The next day I had an email saying they were checking on it, and then the day after I had a shipping confirmation. I understand that y'all aren't amazon, and I totally appreciate that but 15 days for an order to be received is a bit much. It seems like my order some how slipped through the cracks.

Had an issue with one of my products not being sealed correctly and it leaked upon arrival. Was able to contact them & provided pictures. They were quick to respond and resent the item free of charge. Excellent customer service and good response time. Would highly recommend their products and their services. TY

All my items were received intact as ordered. I love Uncle Bud's products for my fibromyalgia. They really do give some pain relief.

In general, Uncle Bud's is great. Ordering is easy, and delivery is always prompt. They have been out of stock on the balm and roll ons for a long time, so I broke down and bought a tube of the gel. I don't really care for it. Hopefully they get some of the balm or roll ons back in stock SOON.

Send it !!!!!I I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and it’s never taken anywhere near this long before, which is the only reason I’m agreeing to wait. But I need to receive a shipping notice in the next 24 HOURS!!!!

I selected Fedex 3 day shipping, for a substantial upcharge. I received USPS shipping, and it took more than a week to arrive. I tried leaving messages on the company phone number several times in order to get the shipping charge adjusted but never received a callback. I also believe I was deliberately disconnected on a number of call attempts. I will never use your company again.
