They did a great job installing a tallboy + 5 drawers, were very efficient and left everything clean/tidy after finishing (in just 1 day).

The end result is incredible, has transformed a kinda dead space into a really useful storage area which I've already started to fill in.

Highly recommended!

Had three drawers fitted in under our awkward under the stairs space. James was excellent- did the job quickly and we are both very pleased with the results and have filled all the drawers now. Richard us been brilliant at communicating with me throughout the process and I highly recommend this company

A fantastic job from start to finish the whole process was seemless!! from the initial email I sent into understairs Storage to the work being completed it was effortless on my part. Richard was fantastic from the start, from his first email I received to the telephone conversations we had he was very knowledgable but also and more importantly he wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t trying to sell me anything the opposite to be honest, I could tell he was knowledgable and cared about what he was telling me about and that goes along way. I decided to go with the shaker style and I’m so happy if did because it looks amazing, from James turning up and completing the first install to James coming back to complete the second fit the professionalism shown was fantastic, clean and tidy and kept me in the loop about arrival times the lot. Richard was fantastic and I can’t recommend these guys enough, there may be others out there but these guys are the real deal, dont confess to be the cheapest but if you want the best then you pay a little more for it and it well worth it. Thank you Richard and Co for everything I’ll be spreading the word 👍

Great customer service. Talked through our requirements and the process, and provided an excellent product. The design is very clever and the finished product looks amazing. The work was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of disruption. Very highly recommended. You will not be disappointed!

Very happy with the results. Richard was easy to deal with and flexible in terms on being contactable out of hours. James who installed the storage system did a fantastic a job and we are delighted with the results. Would highly recommend

Fantastic service from start to finish. Efficient and exceptional quality. James our fitter was brilliant, hard working, and was exceptionally clean.
We were very impressed and are thrilled with the final product, it looks great and of high quality. Thank you to all the team.

Highly recommended. We booked with UnderStairsStorage.co.uk and were initially impressed by their detailed website. Richard is excellent and took a lot of time to explain everything and answer questions - no pushy sales and we were left to make our own independent choice. He was very honest and followed the job up with a courtesy call after to check we were happy with our new storage.

We were debating whether to go with CleverCloset, but the differences were stark and we are so pleased to have gone with UnderStairsStorage.co.uk instead. Everything has been completed to a very high standard with high quality drawers and an excellent use of the space. We particularly like the custom-fitted design utilising a high percentage of the space, very deep drawers, sturdy shelves in the drawers (which we can remove), high density fibreboard exterior, pull-out hook rails for jackets and peace of mind with the lifetime guarantee.

Installation was completed very quickly after ordering - James did a fantastic job on the day, working long hours until he finished, then tidied everything up at the end. He was polite, hard working and extremely professional. Not to mention, many thanks to others behind the scenes who worked to make this happen.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality storage solution in the wasted space under your stairs.

Great service from start finish ,very professional easy to contact and a superb job 100% recommended

Under Stairs Storage have given me something that is absolutely brilliant, I am so happy with the results. Seeing other reviews, Richard who helped me is a really busy guy, but if you give it a little time, he will always deliver on his promises. The consultation process was fantastic, Richard really knew his stuff, answered my questions and took time, there was no pressure selling at all. When it came to the fitting, the installer was so professional. He paid really close attention detail, worked very neatly and what I am left with is just so perfect. I don't think I will ever be able to live without Under Stair Storage ever again.

In life it’s true, you get what you pay for. Great service from a great company. Good advice, communication and design service that made great use of the available space. Built on premises by James, so no unwanted gaps. James was polite, helpful and skilled and the resulting installation was superb. Clean lines and smooth drawer systems. Fantastic overall experience and would highly recommend.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for so long now. Noone there to pick up the phone... Emails are not acknowledged... It doesn't matter the time you call... Noone is there!!

After a long while, they asked for measurements.. I immediately sent... Now a long wait of days passing by to even know if the quote is affordable to me.

The fact that noone picks up the phone and their 2 numbers send you to the same voicemail message is really annoying.

All these positive reviews... Where do they come from???

Very good company from start to finish. We wanted to make use of the wasted space at rear of cupboard under the stairs, and now we can with 5 large drawers. James the fitter was excellent and worked tirelessly all day and was very clean and tidy. We love our new drawers and wonder why we didn’t do it earlier.

We are so pleased with our recent installation from the planning to the fitting we cannot fault the service . Our fitter James worked very hard and did an amazing job to transform the area . It has made such a great difference for storage.
A very professional company .

Exserlant fitted just what I need and how I wanted it. The fitter was very professional and friendly

Well what can i say. Wow what a professional team,Richard was helpful from day one and James who came and fitted well he is one polite fantastic worker he worked all day non stop and left every where clean and tidy. Richard also worked with regarding fitting as i was not ready.
Thank you for everything and will not hesitate recommending you
One very happy customer.

The most professional service I have experienced since buying my house.

Very rare to find such a hard worker with faultless work cannot recommend enough.

Fast, friendly and extremely professional from initial enquiry to completion 2 weeks later. James did an absolutely fantastic job I am really over the moon. Real quality workmanship in spite of the horrible weather he had to work in, and he worked tirelessly from arrival to departure leaving no mess whatsoever.

Massive thanks to Richard who was the main point of contact and always available to respond to questions, James and the whole team 'behind the scenes'. I would have no hesitation in providing the very highest recommendation - this has transformed our under stairs area!

After speaking with a couple of companies around our under stair storage requirements, we decided to go with UnderStairsStorage.co.uk after speaking with Richard and reading the reviews on Trustpilot which I must admit I was slightly sceptical about with the perfect 5* ratings. We need not of worried. From the initial discussions we had with Richard right the way through to receiving the phone call making sure we were happy with the work carried out, it has been flawless. The standard of workmanship carried out is fantastic as is the material used which is all backed up by the lifetime guarantee which give us the peace of mind should anything go wrong in the future. They do not profess to be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we would not hesitate to recommend UnderStairsStorage.co.uk to anyone.

From the outset it was obvious that this would be a positive experience. It took James a day to fit our 9 drawer under stairs storage. His carpentry skills were outstanding, with excellent attention to detail, and checking and double checking his work until he was happy. We can’t recommend the company highly enough, and a big thank you to Richard for his friendly and helpful guidance during the design phase. Top class work by very professional people.

Hi All - Having had two prices and two very varied e-mail experiences, I went with the more expensive but more informative and with correct responses (the other mob just didn't seem to know what they were talking about and gave general, incorrect answers to my precise questions). Richard gave good detailed explanations of the process & design and understood the slight limitations of fitting around the existing alarm box etc.
On the day of fitting James did a fantastic job - a long day for him, but never rushed and did a 'top of the range' fitting job - he obvously cares about his work unlike some tradespeople I have had in recently.
Can't recommend UnderStairsStorage.com enough .....
