I was a customer of Alexander Jeffrey at Unicom Trade Insurance Services, and I had a great experience. He offered me a very good deal and provided excellent service throughout.
Alexander was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. He made everything simple to understand and was always responsive when I had questions.
I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend him to others looking for trade insurance.

Been with these guys for now my 3rd year and cannot be thankful enough for the customer efforts they give. Holly specially communicating with me on getting me to the best quote and price matching to keep me onboard with Unicom insurance.

I have been with Unicom Insurance for over 9 years. They recently sent me my renewal quote which was more expensive than last year.

I called to discuss my quote after I had received a more competitive quote from another company.

I spoke with a member of the renewal team; a lady call Tilly. I found her to be extremely helpful, and we agreed on a policy that fullfilled all my business needs while saving a lot of money from my original quote and lower than the quote from the competition!

I've always found Unicom staff to be very helpful and "human" when dealing with my enquires.

Spoke to Louisa rigby at Unicom insurance for my motor traders renawal she is very professional very polite and beat all the other companies I got a renawal price from I would highly recommend anyone to speak to Louisa at Unicom before taking out there traders renawal she is absolutely brilliant saved me a lot of money can’t thank her enough thank you Louisa at Unicom

This company is a scam I had this insurance for a year and I told them not to automatically renew when I took it out when I received a phone call telling me my insurance is running out and a new RIP OFF price to renew it I said NO to them as I didn’t want it no more anyway so they did renew it after me saying no so I received a email today saying thank you for renewing your insurance so I contacted them immediately and told them the insurance was not to be renewed why have you done this it was to run out not renew so now they want for a couple of hours £523 to cancel it although it should not have been renewed please do not use this Micky mouse company

Unicom worked hard to find a policy that suited me at a fair price

I hope I can give them zero star they only ripping off the people, I bought a policy and after 10 minutes I change my mind to cancel it they charged me £397 only 10 minutes.
Please do not even talk to this company at all

Worst insurance company I ever delt with in hurry to take Ur money in sec but need 6 Weeks to refund took trade insurance out cancel after 15days and they charge over 1000£!!? Stay away from them they call themself two names when u phone say different name!! Bad company and badly managed stay away and thank if u don't wanna be robbed

Hi everyone I just wanted to say we’ve recently made a change from Cleg to unicorn and I must say the customer service is 10-10 Sam roberts from the sales department was very helpful and respectful I do recommend highly, once again we want to praise Sam his self the support we have been receiving to get the best deal I’m glad we met Sam

He actually listened to my needs and sourced a suitable policy for my business at a fantastic price, much cheaper than competitors with better coverage. Bradley is an asset to any company. A professional with great customer service skills.
