J'ai commandé un tank 3 pro
Je l'ai bien reçu avec un délais de livraison correct
Téléphone " soir disant " ultra résistant etc etc et une batterie qui devrait faire 24000mh soit un peu moins un mois d'autonomie
Au bout de 2 mois je suis passer de 3 semaines d'autonomie a moins d'une semaine .. bref ça rester relativement correct car je m'en sert au niveau pro mais c'est ennuyeux pour un tel de 700 gr
Puis,
Il est tombé de moins d'un mètre téléphone totalement mort, y a des tel a 99€ qui sens sortent avec rien du tout ...
Je les est contacter car j'ai acheter ce téléphone pour sa solidité et la longivité de la batterie, ils ont dit qu'il prenne ça en garanti directement car le tel ne doit pas casser ainsi, et la batterie ne doit pas perdre 69% de sa durée de vie après seulement 2 mois ...
Ils l'ont dit avoir envoyé de quoi le réparer moi même " écran et batterie " ... Jamais reçu de numéro de suivit, jamais reçu de colis, cela fait 5 mois que j'attends ...

This is not a post about whether Unihertz makes interesting phones. They do. Their concepts are genuinely creative and there are plenty of happy customers out there.

This is a post about what happens when something goes wrong.

I purchased a Titan 2 in March. Within a week I had a legitimate issue and requested a return. What followed was one of the most exhausting customer service experiences I've had with any company in any industry.

The pattern works like this: you contact them with your issue. They respond asking for something — a description, a screenshot, a log, a video. You provide it. Then a new email arrives asking for something else. Then another. Each response resets the clock and delays resolution. There is no clear process, no timeline, no commitment. Just an endless series of new requirements designed — whether intentionally or not — to outlast your patience.

At one point I was asked to switch carriers. My carrier is AT&T.

I've worked in industries where I've seen this playbook before. It's the same approach used by certain health insurance companies whose customer service model is built around deny, delay, and exhaust — not resolve. I'm not saying Unihertz is doing this maliciously. But the effect on the customer is identical.

Here's what I genuinely don't understand: Unihertz is a company that depends almost entirely on social media, YouTube reviewers, Reddit communities, and Kickstarter backers to survive and grow. Their audience is unusually tech-savvy, unusually vocal, and unusually connected. Why would a company in that position treat customer service as an obstacle course rather than an opportunity?

A happy customer who had a problem solved quickly would have posted something very different here.

So here is my honest warning: if you buy a Unihertz product and it works perfectly, you will probably love it. But if anything goes wrong — anything at all — be prepared for a process that will test your patience in ways the product itself never should.

Buy with eyes open.

Phone charging dock broke after 4 months of uses and they want to charge me over 120$ to send it back to their store.. i dont recommend buying

Dangerous batteries. Do not buy. Bought a phone, and within two years of normal use, the battery had dangerously swollen. That's both a fire and explosion risk. Bought a second battery, which also swelled within one year of normal use. Quoting Unihertz: "Swelling can be caused by overcharging, physical damage, overheating, or deep discharge," and as all my other lithium-ion batteries have been working fine for upwards of 10 years, it must mean that Unihertz sold me two defective batteries and assumed responsibility for neither: "Our warranty period for spare parts is one month. Your order is no longer covered by the warranty."

They never shipped my item but gave me twice a fake tracking number just to keep the money. I am still waiting for the refund and nobody gave me a decent resin for this behaviour.

Ich habe jetzt seit 2 Jahren das Tank3.Gekauft bei Ali im offiziellen 8849 Shop.
Das Telefon an sich ist absolut super und sehr robust.
Ist mir ein paar Mal runtergefallen,ja auch aufs Display.Bis auf 2 dellen im Rahmen ist nichts weiter passiert.

3 Sterne nur weil:
-Ich hatte vorher ein ulefone armor 13 das hat bei meiner Nutzung ca 10- 13 Tage gahalten,das Tank hat 10000mah mehr hällt aber bei gleicher Nutzung nur 8-10 tage.
- seit dem letzten firmwareupdate hällt der Akku nur noch max 8 Tage und der Aufbau von Seiten und die Internetverbindung ist extrem langsam geworden.
- ich wollte dann jetzt den beschädigten Rahmen und den Akku wechseln. Unihertz verkauft einem die Einzelteile nicht obwohl sie im Shop zu sehen sind. Rechtfertigung ist das das Telefon doch so alt ist,ich solle mir doch ein neues kaufen.
Finde ich jetzt nicht so nachhaltig.
Bei Ali findet man Rahmen mit Display aber es gibt 3 verschiedene Varianten alleine vom normalen Tank ohne pro.

Na Mal sehen wenn das Tank 5 nicht bald kommt werde ich wohl wieder zu ulefone gehen.

Worth costumer service ever I just got a phone from unihertz titan2 and it doesn’t work in any of the 5 g antenna
I call customer services and they ask me for photos of the phone video like I was stealing something something from them after dad they take me that they don’t pay for the return shipping and I said I will pay even do I now that not right then they say they don’t get returns and for me to sell my phone on eBay . What costumer service .if you planning to by any of there phones keep in mind there no return is like buying a use car as is!! If it doesn’t work for you to bad sell it on eBay

Ich habe alle Geräte der Unihertz-Titan-Serie und mag diese total gern, nicht nur wegen der physischen Tastatur, auch die wenigen Apps von Unihertz darauf sind super.
Mit dem Shop habe ich bisher auch nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

I bought the Australian version of the jelly Max. With accessories. Only works on telstra. Not optus. Not sure about vodafone.

Only found that out after contacting support.

On returning the phone. I was not refunded return postage or the purchase price for the accessories I purchased.

Alice from support said they couldn't reuse the accessories to sell to another customer. So I should keep the accessories for a phone don't own.

Just not good to deal with. Avoid

My Unihertz Atom proved it's robust credentials, as it is still fully functioning after being run over by a car face down on a rough tarmac car park. The glass id crack but the touch screen works at fine resolution despite a crazed cracked screen!

Il Titan2 è un gioiello, ricorda il BlackBerry Passport aggiornato. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tastiera performante e adatto al massimo per il lavoro. Consigliabile a chi non usa smartphone per giocarci, ma per produttività e lavoro.

I love the jelly star it's so pocket friendly and does everything I need I also have a samsung s25 plus but I use the jelly star as my primary phone that's how good it is I hope the next jelly phone will be the same size as the jelly star

Part 2: The Good
What I love about this phone.

Based on what I had written in part 1, it may sound like I don't like this phone very much, but it's the complete opposite. Each phone does have it's quirks and perks and no phone can be perfect. Anyways:
-The uniqueness. I love that Unihertz goes out of their way to make unique phones. I'm tired of the slab era. My bf also has their Tank 4 Pro and he loves it.
-I love the chonkyness, it feels like a solid phone!
-I am so thankful that they added a screen protector from the factory. I mess those things up every time!
-I love the keyboard. Sure the placement of some keys are in a strange spot, but overtime it becomes muscle memory. It's also nice that it has the scroll feature.
-I also bought the leather case which keeps it nice and protected. Only thing is, if you have a lanyard the flap doesn't shut. I also didn't want to cut a hole and ruin it.
-Productivity: I'm way more productive with this phone. Typing texts, emails or posts is so much better with a physical keyboard! With the wide screen too! I get so much more done! It also helps that I don't add much social media and games on this device.
-Alot of people were worried about the Unihertz logo being an eyesore... It doesn't bother me at all. I barely notice it half the time. It blends in really well.
-The backscreen: an other unique feature. I thought I would have used it more by now, but I have yet to find more use. I don't lay my phone down on it's front to protect the keys, so I mostly keep it in the leather holster. It might a better feature on a slab. But... It's nice having that extra screen for selfies if you need it.
-Speaking of selfies, I have not used the camera that much. Not because of the quality like most people have complained about. It seems decent from what I've tried. I'm just trying to not fill the phone up with a bunch pictures like all my past devices. I've actually been thinking about getting a digital camera instead.
-It has more than enough memory than I'll ever need. Especially since I won't be filling it up with pictures and videos as mentioned. I'm actually glad it doesn't come with an SD card slot. I've never had luck with those on any phone I've ever had. Pictures always seem to get lost somehow or it gets glitched.
Good specs: my brother (a computer tech) was so impressed when he saw the specs and the fact that it can even run Fortnite. It does feel like it runs very smooth when I use it.
-The battery lasts so long and plus it charges so fast! I never have to worry about the phone dying or waiting forever to charge.
-One of the features I was really excited about is that it has Infrared. Not to many phones have that. It's nice having that option if you're in need of a TV remote.

As mentioned, I need to play around with the camera more before I can give it a fair review as well as the second screen on the back. I also haven't tried the dongle for the headphone jack and with the radio. So maybe later on I'll do a part 3 review.

In Conclusion: If you need all the bells and whistles, this phone is definitely not for you. If you want something that helps you with productivity and that is truly unique, this is definitely the one!

It's a great feeling to be back on physical keys, feeling what you're typing.
In my opinion, the placement of the function, sym, shift, and alt keys could be improved, especially for combining shortcuts with the keys.
A slightly thinner keyboard would be even better.
Otherwise, I'm very happy with the choice!
