Stable hosting with really strong technical support
We’ve been using Unihost mainly from the technical side, and overall the experience is very positive.
The servers work stably, without any critical drops or downtime. But the biggest plus is the support. We contacted them several times - they helped us figure it out and even suggested better solutions than we originally planned.
In terms of speed - they usually respond quite quickly, sometimes literally in a few minutes in chat or tickets. Once there was a delay with server activation, but it was quickly resolved after contacting them.
Overall - a good option, especially if technical support is important, and not just “cheap hosting”.

I had a technical issue after updating…
I had a technical issue after updating some settings and being unable to access my server. I created a ticket to ask to reverse the configuration of the server and they replied extremely quickly (within minutes).
Ivan T even reviewed the server settings and updated the configuration to match what I had intended.
This happened on a Saturday night (for me) and the last time I requested support a couple of years ago, it was right on the 1st of January...
So far my experience has been positive with unihost and, based on my experience, I can't fault them for their support.

STAY AWAY! 3-day downtime due to false abuse report & zero weekend support.
I am writing this to warn anyone considering Unihost. My experience has been a total nightmare.
False Accusations: My server was suspended based on a trademark infringement report (Abuse) for a domain that isn't even hosted on my server. I provided technical proof (IP checks), but they completely ignored it.
Zero Weekend Support: They locked my server on Saturday. Their support staff (Denis V., Ivan T.) repeatedly told me that the "Abuse Department" and "Manager" only work Monday to Friday (9:00 - 18:00 GMT+3). My business was forced offline for 3 days just because it was the weekend.
Holding Data Hostage: I desperately requested just a few hours of access to backup data for my end customers, but they flatly refused. They are literally holding my data hostage while my business suffers.
Unprofessional Response: Every ticket response was a scripted template. No empathy, no technical investigation, just "Wait for the manager."
Conclusion: Unihost is NOT a professional hosting provider. If you value your uptime and your data, do not put your business in their hands. They will shut you down without warning and leave you stranded for days.

Once the review was completed, the server was restored. Please note that certain abuse-related decisions require review by designated responsible staff, which may affect response timelines outside business hours. At the same time, we recognize that service interruptions are highly sensitive for any business, and we regret the inconvenience caused in your case. We will take measures to prevent such cases in future.
Vps Review
i have been using their vps for 2 months, and i can say they doing a great deed, i have not faced any problem regarding my vps so far, only downside i feel is there is very limited options in using api, if only they could add more endpoints , overall osm experience i had at that price.

Best service I had ever had
Best service I had ever had. You get 6 cores and 30 TB for less than 10 dollars. I had used Ulta, Zyno and Vultr and Unihost outbeat them in a single blow. If ur thinking about hosting something. Trust me, choose Uni. You won’t ever regret it.

I'm surprised that hosting requires document verification. I just wanted to test the service to give the company feedback on whether it's worth migrating to your service. But this has had an impact, and now we won't be migrating to your service.
As for the payment, it's certainly unique... As for accepting payment, it can be done at any time. As for the refund... wait until the weekend... don't accept payments on the weekend, so you have an idea of the service's capabilities.
I also have a question about the return; they returned it for half a dollar less.

After reviewing the case, we have found your account and confirmed that you were asked to complete a standard account verification procedure required for KYC and compliance purposes. You chose not to proceed, which we fully respect. Because of this, your order was cancelled and refunded at the earliest possible time during the business hours of our Billing & Legal departments (Monday morning).
Account verification is a mandatory requirement for EU-based hosting companies, as it is directly tied to relevant EU regulations. We acknowledge that communication in the ticket could have been clearer, and we are already taking steps to ensure that all information is provided promptly and accurately in the future. Additionally, we have corrected the refund amount - the initial refund was reduced by a payment processor commission, which has now been fully adjusted.

Компании хуже этой я не знаю
Компании хуже этой я не знаю. Оплатил за свой сервер, да еще пополнил баланс на сумму превыщающую ежемесячный платеж. А эти супер профессионалы взяли и удалили мой сервер со всеми важными данными. А самое ужасное пытались доказать что это я виноват в их не профиссионализме. Ну конечно я доказал им их неправоту, на что они отписались извините в будущем такого не будет. Люди представляете что это значит? Взять и удалить целый работающий, вдвойне оплаченный сервер и просто извиниться. Они мне предлагали установить новый сервер, наверное чтобы заново потом по ошибке удалить. А там работала программа, где были очень важные данные. Короче избегайте их, надеюсь такин компании закроются чтобы обычные люди не стали жертвами их тупизма.

Вы подали запрос на отмену сервера через чат на сайте без указания имени сервера или IP-адреса. В результате менеджер аннулировал единственный сервер, связанный с вашей текущей учетной записью.
Ваш запрос на восстановление сервера поступил спустя 7 дней после удаления, после чего восстановление данных уже не было возможно. Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что в будущем при отмене сервера вы указываете его IP-адрес или имя, чтобы избежать подобных ситуаций. Мы также будем уточнять эти данные при обработке запросов для повышения качества обслуживания.

This is the best provider I worked with so far.
The help support is far above any service I had experienced in the past : they have a H24/24 chat online on the site, and you are not talking with a bot but with a real tech support that will help you out.
The team is super friendly, responsive, competent, and the service quality is the best.
I had a few ups & downs, or specific request sometimes and they always had responded present to help me out with it, to find a way around, or a solution.
This company is built different than others.
They actually are close to their customers and take care of them.
I highly recommand them, they are the very best on the market, with very competitive prices.
