I had to return my order as the hoodie was too small but I received great service and help in order to return my hoodie in the best possible way!

Fantastic experience with them- not only really cool products (my partner and I both love their t-shirts) but I have also had fantastic experience with their customer services - really prompt and friendly communications, quick and fulsome resolution of the issue (which was not caused by either party). Cannot fault them- particular shout out to Eve. Will absolutely be ordering with them again, and recommend them to others.

Basically a Temu t shirt ruined after one cold wash emailed to inform them it now looks years old to be told they’ll give me 50 percent off the next item as they’ve never had a problem with the quality of the t shirts before but after looking on here they clearly have , website looks the business but the products are terrible

Great quality of products with amazing designs, there was a small issue with an item not being shipped with my order and the customer support team were very curious and helpful, they rectified the issue immediately, great experience all round, I’ll be ordering a lot more in the future.

Loved the tees! The fabric is soft, and the colors are exactly like in the photos. They’re also very kind – one tee was missing from my package, and they sent it to me promptly along with a discount code. Highly recommend (:

My wife bought me a couple of t shirts for my birthday, both designs were fine but when I tried one of the t shirts on it was super itchy and uncomfortable. I decided to wash it thinking it might fix the issue in case the itchiness came through the printing process and would wash out, unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue. So we contacted Unik to exchange it or return it and were told on two occasions that it could not be returned as we washed it. This is a crappy experience on a number of parts, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and washed the t shirt so I could keep it and wear it, unfortunately they are not reciprocating in offering the same benefit of doubt. I now have an unwearable t shirt which is wasteful and a negative and unnecessary environmental waste, and finally they have lost a return customer by offering such a poor customer experience.

Great customer service and cool good value clothes

I’ve placed a few orders with UN:IK and have been really impressed with the quality. I especially love that the clothing is made from organic cotton. The customer service team are also very helpful if you ever have any issues with your order.

Fabulous products, and very efficient customer service. I would highly recommend them.

The price of these t shirts does not reflect the quality. Fabric feels cheap and the sizing is off. Looks like i'm going to have to spend the below just for the privilege of being disappointed.

Don't get me wrong the designs look great its just the execution that is a let down. I purchased x 2 Guinness t shirts and when the exchange came back the material was completely different to the original. Postage also took longer than the Royal mail 48 hour that is stated when paying for postage.

Bought a green Guinness sweatshirt, and honestly I’m pretty disappointed. It’s thin, runs small despite ordering the right size, and the fit is just off. Now I have to pay over £20 to return it from Denmark to the UK, which is almost half the price of the sweatshirt itself. Doesn’t feel like I got what I paid for—and now I’m just hoping I at least get a refund.…

Not the first time I have ordered from UN:IK Clothing and have had nothing but great experiences. This time I seemed to have ordered the wrong size so was too big when it arrived. They were very helpful and sorted an exchange for a smaller size but then my parcel seemed to get diverted. I spoke to someone at the company and they sorted it straight away and got my ordered sorted with no problems. Fantastic customer service and great products.

I’m so happy with my first order from UNIK Clothing. Delivery was really fast, the designs are super cool. I’ve been wearing my “Disco Only” jumper basically every day since it arrived. There was a small issue with my order, but it was sorted instantly and handled with such care and kindness. It made the whole thing so easy and stress free and I really appreciated it.
Overall I’m really impressed with the quality, the experience, and the customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would 100% recommend.

After leaving a 5 star review as the sales team were helpful on how I could return/exchange item , this has all gone down hill since.
The first sweater had to be exchanged as was way too small despite me having same item in same size previously, the replacement sweater was received but had fault with inside label stitching, basically very poor stitching that distorted item. Eventually they agreed this was a fault and replacement would be sent but only once the replacement item received back, now the second item received and has the same fault. I immediately contacted the team, only to receive this message:

This item was checked by our Warehouse manager and deemed acceptable to ship, nearly all of our vintage range has tag finishing like this, this is due to the nature of the material.

Unbelievable, it’s not the material just terrible stitching, offered discount to keep or can return. So after 5 weeks of payment I am now having to return 3rd item and await refund.
Had requested to email manager/director but told they are on annual leave.

Ordered the lovely day for a Guinness top. Previously messaged the instagram for some advice on sizing. Amazing customer service and amazing product. Will definitely order again.
