They made the process easy. Even with Covid 19 changing the way they worked.

I usually work with a local lender when purchasing or refinancing, but I thought with the union behind me, how could I go wrong? I am so glad I chose Union Plus. They went above and beyond to assist me with every step of the process.

I would have to say that things went pretty good. Appraisal made things fall behind. Overall a great experience. So happy they were able to help us get into our forever home.

I was very impressed by the promptness, professionalism, and courtesy I received from all the people involved with my mortgage loan process. It was probably one of the easiest financial experiences I've ever had. This company really gave their best for my benefit.

This was a very stressful and difficult process. It started off well, but once we were switched to the closing department, there was little communication and a lot of chaos when the appraisal was done incorrectly.

Excellent staff who made my streamline refinance as smooth as possible. Everyone answered questions promptly, were very knowledgeable about the loan process, and most importantly made the overall process simple and seamless from initial application to closing. I've already recommended Union Plus to several of my coworkers.

Overall a very positive experience! Buying a home can be exciting, stressful and challenging, to say the least! Everyone on the team was more than willing to help, answer my questions and offer solid advice. I would use this service again should I buy another house or refinance.

The real benefit was using my union benefits for a service I needed!

As a first time home buyer, I felt like a lot of information came to me late. The team was very nice, but it was two weeks after I was in contract that I received an email introducing me to the team of four (two people were completely new to me) and at the end of the process I was required to take a ReadyNest test which would have been more appropriate at the beginning. As a company that deals with Union members who have irregular paychecks, the team did not seem to be prepared for the multiple w2s and 1099s. I'm not sure if it was a lack of experience that made the mortgage commitment process feel so slow, but I had hoped that I would be guided through the process more clearly and efficiently. Everyone was very nice.

I gave 4 stars because I felt one of the representatives did not review my file thoroughly and quoted misinformation. Also, I did not find him to work towards my best interest...unnecessary stress.

My mortgage has now been sold twice. It’s fast and quick but that is how long you will stay with the servicer.

Excellent experience with Union Plus Mortgage! They were communicative through the whole process and made it super easy to refinance my mortgage. They worked with me when another company gave me a better rate to get me an even lower rate. Definitely would recommend if you are looking to buy a house or refinance.
