DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is NOT an UK company, they are based in CHINA. Ordered two jackets ( Different sizes) Both came in XL. A Dave Yang offered me £20 as compensation! Now waiting for a return address via email… but Mr Yang has gone missing.

Avoid these guys - poor poor product doesn’t match pictures

The breast zippered pocket is a fake pocket. It's not a real pocket to put a handkerchief in. Do not tear the seam to open it, even though many "experts" online say you can.

I ordered a 3XL Scarf wool jacket and it is more like a waist coat. Trying to return and was offered a ridiculous refund of £10 which I refused and have not heard anything further from the company for two weeks after 4 more emails being sent. Would advise not to use UnisonMen as the pictures are not the same as the product on arrival.

Ordered a long length jacket for my partner. It was not long, it was short and the measurements were completely out. Contacted their customer services they offered £10 to keep the jacket (I paid over £60 for it!) or post back to China at my expense!! Dave Yang was the customer contact and he has now gone awol…..no replies to any of my emails. Please do not risk it, read the other reviews and don’t buy from them.

I have been ripped off. Bought two coats from what I thought was a U.K. based company. They have been supplied way too small in fact one coat is three inches in the arms too short and two tight round the upper arms. To return them I am expected to return them to China at my own expense. Not viable so I have two coats fit for the bin.

Ordered a jacket to be fair at a good price. Jacket arrived, but was way too small. When I contacted the company they offered a £10.99 refund and I could keep the jacket. Or I could arrange to send back to China at my own cost. Of course the offer was insincere, wanting the customer to accept poor service, rather than the extended process and cost of returning to China. A good business model and easy profiteering fo them.

I ordered a Small and two Medium jackets. They sent a Medium and two Large, then claimed they use "Japanese sizing" as they tend to be smaller!!! But the jackets they sent were exactly to their sizing guide. Tried to fob me off with BS. Returning the two Large jackets, as the Medium fits me, but I have to pay postage and that's ~£50 for which I can claim back £15 from PayPal. So costs me £35 to return two jackets that were incorrect to my order. PayPal wouldn't uphold my claim that the supplier should pay for the return.
Avoid like the plague!!!

Item received damaged, they expected me to cover the return expense to China. Stay away!

Do Not Buy from Unisonment!!!! I ordered a medium jacket and they sent a XL. They stated they sent an XL as it is Chinese sizing and the equivalent of a North American medium. This is wrong…way too large for me. They would not exchange, unless I paid to ship it back to China. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!

Shoddy coat, too small for the size advertised, poorly made. Website looks UK based but it's actually Chinese. You have to pay for any returns. Really bad company. Avoid.

This company is a front for a Chinese one. I purchased a coat stated to be 4XL in size but on receipt it was nowhere near that size, more like a medium. Unfortunately the only way to get a refund was to return goods at my expense, about £45. As the goods were only £56.99 it was not viable.
