If I could put 0 stars I would. This company really is a complete scam. I didn’t check the reviews before like an idiot. The only 5 star reviews are bots and it’s very obvious. I ordered a 3d printer and when I realized something was fishy I emailed numerous times and no response. I looked up their address and the business doesn’t even seem to be there. No phone number that will pick up or call back. I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back luckily I will get refunded but I can’t believe they still let this website run after all these terrible reviews about counterfeit and just straight up scamming!

Really bad experience with the customer service, since I email you guys trying to cancel, just a few hours after my purchase.
I email a couple of times more after and no answer at all.
I finally received the product weeks after I have gotten the product from somewhere else (that's the reason I tried to cancel)

I got the correct bag that I ordered and it didn’t take as long as I thought. The bag has a weird zoo type smell, but I don’t know if that’s the material or what. Either way I like the bag and the service was good.

This website is a scam I ordered a part for a cell phone over 2 months ago they never provided me a tracking number I've emailed them about six times with no response they don't even have a phone number to call them they direct your purchase to an app called shopp and it sits there in limbo I'm super disappointed that a legit site like shopp would endorse these guys do not buy from United Arts sporting they are 100% a scam website.

This site is very much a scam. You will buy products then be shifted to another app called shop what you will not get is a tracking number for your items you have purchased nor a reply once you contact them.

They rob people. Once You play, they Will never answer to you. Or send you your order.

The item looked my gray than green and I wanted to return it but no one returned my email

You made me believe I would have the parts in four days, it took almost a month. The tracking number you sent me was bogus. You NEVER answered your help ticket. You online chat help never worked and I never got a response back from them. I reached out to you folks many times and then had my credit card company do a fraud check for a return of my money. A week after I had the credit company check you out I finally got a scrunched up package and a product that was not a real apple product but a cheap offshoot that did not work properly.

Bought something over 2 months ago. Haven’t received it, emails go unanswered and when you call the number it’s a generic answering machine. But they wasted no time stealing our money.

I never hear from them after my purchase on Feb 19. No one is ever present through online chat. This is a scam website. I am planning to take legal action against this company.
