Wonderful Laughter Yoga Leader training weekend with Lotte and Mel! They led the group with so much enthusiasm, compassion, warmth and of course laughter! Eternally grateful to them for giving me an all-important boost on my laughter journey. Highly recommend and I will certainly be going back for more courses in the future!❤️

Thanks to Lotte, we enjoyed two great laughter therapy sessions attended by colleagues from across the globe. We had some people in the room and some people online, and Lotte handled the hybrid delivery brilliantly.

Lotte lead a fantastic laughter yoga session at the Festival of Happiness, an event dedicated to promoting agency cultures that support wellbeing.

Lotte's energy and infectious laughter started the day with a hilarious bang, which engaged the entire audience and had me giggling long after the session had ended.

Lotte was fab both in dealing with her before our event and on the day. She was punctual, fully prepared and delivered amazing sessions for our groups of colleagues. I felt it to be good value for money. Laughing Yoga wasn't for everyone and Lotte handled that very well on the day. The majority of our colleagues absolutely loved it and that was evident in the sessions and in their event evaluation forms. Highly recommend !

What an absolutely amazing weekend spent laughing and learning so much from Lotte. Lotte is a true Master of her craft and an excellent teacher. Lotte delivered an incredible laughter yoga session for our Christmas conference for all our store managers at FatFace Head Office.
She has fantastic communication, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The session was greatly received by all, and was a real energiser and something different for the team.

Brilliant end to our Women in Wholesale mentoring event, Lotte had 130 people laughing their heads off. Very fun and refreshing change from the usual keynote speaker.
