The parcel never arrived and my emails were ignored. No refund either. Shame because they were decent a few years ago.

Been using them for years, never had a bad experience, orders usually delivered faster than expected

Was skeptical at first that i even tryed to stop payment with bank... 180 pd....but recieved my tracker next day and took 10 days to arrive in uk for hong kong even tho they told me 3 to 4 weeks....the tiromel t3s seem legit

I set up my Bank to remit via Worldemit and then got a message from United Pharma saying Worldremit would no longer send the money to them.
Then they asked me to remit to .Life Essential Direct Ltd in Bulgaria,suggesting Transferwise(wise) as one that could do the transfer
Transfer wise refused.

So I have to wonder why !?

I was initially very sceptical about ordering from this company especially using the wire transfer method of payment as opposed to many others such as credit card, PayPal et cetera. I was willing to write off £150 and hope that these guys were legit. Happy to report these guys were very diligent and expedient. From the moment the order was placed the medication was shipped, in this case from China, very quickly and arrives at the door just days later. Highly recommended!

Brilliant experience, great communications, items as shown in picture and of excellent quality shipping very quick.. excellent service and my second order went in straight after I received my first.

Decided to place a test order with them after reading positive reviews and delivery was super fast (only 7 days) considering items arrive from Hong Kong (china) and I live in London (uk). And I didnt pay for fast delivery. Still haven't tried the meds but I'm optimistic and I will for sure order again.

Was sceptical at first,but after reading reviews here went along.Not a straight forward way to order from them but it came 2 week later in pharma branded envelope,also they send me royal mail tracking order after they posted it so don’t understand how people say here that there is no communication from them.I had to email few times to ask about payment and they answered to me within a day.Will order again for sure.

I tried ordering from United Pharmacies and have had a good experience. Customer service was quite quick to respond to my order and a question about it. The order was despatched soon after payment was received. They told me that the delivery might be slower than usual for EMS courier, which was five working days, but it was within their quoted times. Items were well packaged and all looks good. Would use them again.

The package took a long while to arrive, maybe 3 weeks or so, I enquired as to its whereabouts and was handled professionally over email by their customer service team, who offered either a refund or replacement if the parcel did not arrive in the next few weeks. On its arrival everything was as described, not an issue at all, will definitely be using this company in future!

Ordered a skin care product from here. Great prices and was kept informed throughout the whole process. Customer service was great. I ordered on 28th December and my order arrived today. I was able to track the order and keep an eye on where it was. 100% recommend this company, will use them again!

I was a little sceptical but I wanted some Ivermectin so I thought I'd try it out. They were absolutely excellent. Great and fast customer service. Reasonably quick delivery. You can pay easily with Revolut. I'm really impressed.

As a first timer, was sceptical. Very pleased as the order came in time, and was exactly what I asked for. The meds I ordered were from India, hence had the package instructions in English, that really helped.

Another excellent delivery/service from United Pharmacies. Their prices are unbeatable, delivery times good and their response time to queries is also excellent. First order has to be paid through your bank but is is no problem. My bank was going to charge me and extra 25.00 to pay in GDP but no charge if I paid in Euros so check first with bank before ordering. An excellent on line pharmacy service.
