Shipping took an age!
Item promptly dispatched by Unitrailer but shipping took almost 2 weeks! I strongly recommend using a different shipping agent if you need your spare parts promptly.

Over two weeks since I ordered and still no parcel. Too slow delivery on a small parcel when it cost over €20.

Goods were poorly package
Goods were poorly package. Parcel and contents were damaged in transitto me. I am still awaiting a reply from your complaints section as I requested replacement of damaged contents??
Reply received 21/11/2024 along with an apology. I am told that replacement parts are now on the way to me.
