I gave them a 1* review last week ... here's another.
So they unilaterally close our account .. no warning .. closed! OK, so now we are trying to get our house in order and download the statements, and of course we are barred from getting access online. We contact them, requesting our last few statement, to be quoted £8 per month. Outrageous !!!!

Had a problem authorising a signature. Rang up and was connected within a few minutes. Spoke to Jai Rajput. He was very polite and helpful. Got problem sorted while he stayed on the phone to make sure everything went ok. Was very happy with his help

Excellent service
I had difficulty in accessing an account online due to my inability to remember the correct password. I spoke to Jai Rajput who dealt with this in a professional and timely manner and enabled access to the account. This problem was entirely caused by my lack of memory and Jai walked me through the process without any fuss. Overall a refreshing change from the previous bankers.

I’d locked myself out of online banking…
I’d locked myself out of online banking due to my confusion about 3 other unity accounts I operate. Jai was very patient and courteous as I stumbled around passwords and pins. He stayed on the call to ensure everything was ok.

Actual Service - from a bank!
After, literally, many months of trying to communicate mandate changes to the incumbent provider of banking services to the Parish Council I conceded defeat and opened an account with UTB. What a breath of fresh air! Quite why the (largely ex) High Street banks cannot cope with the concept of such bodies (there are over 11,000 of them in England so hardly unusual) as well as clubs, associations etc. is a complete mystery - but they just can't. Best solution? Move!!

Unity trust Bank is a really poor…
Unity trust Bank is a really poor customer services very slow and antiquated systems in place.
A simple administration task such as updating signatories are complicated with layers o bureaucracy with lacking basic resolution concepts.

Helpful guidance for a new trustee
The phone was answered promptly and Jai was able to guide me through the process of initial registration. As a new Trustee nervous about the process, Jai provided clear instructions and guidance when I needed it and clearly knew the process inside-out. It was very reassuring and, with his help, very straightforward.
