He got me back inside in no time without causing any damage to the lock or door. The pricing was fair and exactly what they quoted upfront. It’s rare to find service this prompt and reliable. Mark of Universal Locksmith arrived within 24 hours of my contacting him. He assessed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and friendly and I am very glad I used his business.

M was excellent as job turned out to be more difficult than a straight euro lock swap. He was not phased by me watching and chatting. The main factor for me was he worked on the problems until all the issues were resolved after fire rescue had to smash into a friend’s house.
In summary M went above & beyond our expectations.

Very helpful and prompt service. Provided expert advice.
