Order never received. never received a single message that there was a delay. When I contacted them they said a shipping delay. bad excuse.

Products were as advertised and shipped within a timely manner

Website is easy to use. Processing an order is easy to do. Packages arrive discreetly. Open for for communication. Accuracy of order.

Good prices, but their customer service in none existent, I placed an order almost 2 months ago, my PayPal payment was accepted, but I have not received my order and ALL of my e-mails and site messages go unanswered. I have sent at LEAST 8 e-mails and 5 messages and get no answer. Sadly I will be forced to file a complaint with PayPal

I never received the product I ordered several months ago and have sent 9 or 10 follow-up emails to the company but they have not reimbursed me .

Lesson learned. I paid merchant 10.19.22 and package was seized.he OFFERED to refund or reship and I said to reship. To which I never heard back until Nov 20th when i advised i would be disputing. Prior emails were all ignored. On Nov 20th I was told it WAS reshipped but they are waiting on tracking #. So it's Dec 7th and I've not been provided a tracking # after asking for it several times. I was again ignored. I filed dispute with PayPal and was given a refund today because Rajeesh(?) Never responded to my PayPal claim. My 3rd order with them the other 2 were fine but it just takes that 1 time and company was 100% negligent. Don't offer to do something if you have no intention to do it. A lot could have been avoided with some communication as well.

Got my order about 3 weeks shipping so I am happy, but took off a star because they didn’t respond to my emails or anything so just giving heads up to not expect a response email or contact if there is additional information you need.

This is my second time ordering from Universal Chemist. I will keep coming back. The ordering process and shipping is fast and easy. Rajesh is always fantastic and so helpful

Received exactly what I ordered and in great condition, payment was an easy 2 step process. It took 3 weeks, almost to the day, from order to doorstep.

I placed my order on August 16. I paid using PayPal. My order shipped a week later on August 24, and I received a tracking number. I live in the southern US, and my order arrived by USPS on September 9. All of the items I ordered were included and packaged securely. I am very happy.

I appreciate that I can get items not usually available in my country. The products come well packaged. One disappointment was that Immediately after I ordered I realized I forgot an item. In the confirmation email I asked if I could add an item, since it hadn't shipped and I hadn't even paid the invoice but customer service told me I had to place a separate order. $30 for shipping makes it not worth while, so I just had to do without the other item. If their customer service was better, I would have given them 5 stars. It also takes 3wks to a month for items to arrive so don't wait until you actually need the items to make the order.

I asked for a refund. He promised to transfer money when he gets a new card. After 1 week they just dispatched order to me. Rajesh doesn't respond to me anymore.

Amazing vendor. Prompt shipping. Products as described. Highly recommend for vast swath of products and ease of ordering and lastly, the subsequent ease of payment
