Connor arrive on time and acted with professionalism and courtesy throughout. He even assisted with moving some obstacles and a large planter so he could gain access to the work area. He cleared up afterwards and left the site spotless.

Everything went according to plan. He turned up on time and talked me through the job. The work was carried out to a high standard and the work area fully cleared of rubbish. Recommended .

The work done by Dave & Marius to our cottage was really good. They finished on time, even though they had to abandon the work to collect scaffolding, only obtainable from a distance exceeding 20 miles !
All the red brick walls were repointed where necessary, coated & treated for damp. The rended walls were repainted with special damp profing paint. Everywhere left clean & tidy. I would recommend Universal Eco Homes for their good work & professionalism.

A professional company that still had the time to be personal and friendly. Our installer, Jay work hard, was very accommodating and put a lot of effort in to cleaning after. The wall coating really seems to work, the affected rooms are so much warmer and retain the heat for a lot longer. All round first class job, well pleased!

What an excellent job Universal Eco Homes have done on pressure washing the outside walls of our bungalow, and then sealing them with ProPerla wall sealant, we certainly can see a huge difference, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company. Thank you so much!!

Dave and Marius arrived at 10am and didn't really stop until 7pm. Cannot fault their work ethic. Despite a supply drop going to the wrong address (they went and collected it) they worked harder to make up for lost time. Finally, cleaned my windows, garage door and awning-which they didn't have to do-but did. I am known for my legendary tea making skills, but every brew went cold as they were too busy. (Never had that before). Proper workers. Thanks lads.

We have had our walls and roof cleaned and coated with pro perler . The work was carried out in the time stated and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards.

I recently used Universal Eco Homes for a jet washing service and was genuinely impressed. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and Fiona was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, efficient, and professional throughout.

While I did find the service to be on the expensive side, I have to say it was worth it. The results were excellent, my driveway was in particularly bad shape, but it came up brilliantly clean. I was absolutely delighted with the finish, and they left no mess behind at all.

Overall, a very professional service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The guys worked really well together. It was a dirty job but they were very professional and cleared every up before leaving. Neighbours who were watching said what a good job they had done the roof looked really good and clean.

First class and professional service from initial contact to delivery. Delivery team were prompt on site both days, clearly explained process on commencement and provided timely progress updates. I could not fault teams work ethic and final result.

The crew who came to our property(Dave and Marius) were polite and very hard working. They told us exactly what they would be doing stage by stage. From the outset we were confident that they would be professional in what they were doing and had every confidence in their workmanship. That was exactly how things went up to the end. Team Dave came to do my walls, paint and coat them, did a good job and were clean tidy and friendly.

Felt a little bit pressured to precede quickly with loft insulation,but overall was pleased with how the work was done.Quickly and installers were professional.However might l suggest they are supplied with some sort of dust sheets to cover the the stairs and landing area as it would save time ,not having to clean up after them selves.

We are delighted with the results of the roof cleaning. Dave and Marius were friendly, efficient and left our property clean and tidy. Keira and Fiona in the office were extremely helpful and always on hand to answer questions.

I was comfortable with the men who carried out the outside walls insulation and loft insulation and am pleased with the result.

I would NOT recommend this company at all!! We had Universal Eco homes assess our loft for complete spray foam removal and we were quoted 4k to remove ALL foam. This was promptly booked and the job was to start 23rd July 25. After day 1 it was determined that the guys were having difficulty and would only be able to remove the foam from the Rafters. I questioned this as we were due a survey and house valuation shortly after the completion of the foam removal. I was assured that removing just from the Rafters would be acceptable to our surveyor? But the boss was going to call me to confirm - that never happened. It took another 2 days to remove just from the Rafters and then they left. So they only removed 30% of the foam but still charged me the full 4k. I complained as the centre beam was still completely covered in foam and we went on to fail our survey and valuation due to the amount of foam still left in our loft????
I wanted a partial refund for a half job. They didn't do what was agreed and still charged me the full amount!! But they wouldn't refund me a penny and haven't been back to rectify anything. They did quote me another 2k to cover the foam!! What a cheek? As if I would give these people another penny of my money? I still want a partial refund and may take further action as I've had to pay another company to fix this job

I just wanted to add after seeing the reply given by this company that the proof they seek is further works and money i have had to pay out to rectify EUHs poor work.
I have provided them a ton of proof regarding the terrible job they have done for me, photos of the overwhelming amount of spray foam still left in my loft after 'complete removal ' and the paperwork and rubbish certificate given but they don't want evidence of their wrong doing just how much more I've had to spend to sort this issue. And then making me feel disbelieved!!

I had Universal Eco Homes clean and coat my roof in Colchester, and the results are amazing. The team was professional, on time, and did a great job. They explained everything beforehand and took care to leave the area tidy.

The roof looks like new, and it’s really improved the overall look of the house. If you're in Essex and need roof cleaning or coating, I highly recommend Universal Eco Homes.

Cold called (twice) saying we were required to obtain a new EPC certificate. Caller couldn't identify our property and gave totally inaccurate details abour our current rating. Very pushy and rude. When I ended the call, he immediately phoned back and called me a liar.
BEWARE. Do your own 'homework'/checks before agreeing to anything. Be careful what you might be letting yourself in for.
I can't comment on their services as we never got that far.
