Unlock authority failed to unlock my phone, and *has not* issued any kind of refund. On top of that, they rooted my phone without notice, and now some functions I use on a daily basis are now broken such as Samsung Pay. I would avoid this company.

Have my Sprint Samsung S8 unlocked finally ! I went directly to a Sprint boutique and the girl, after fews days of negotiation, did not want to unlock it !! So I had to find an other way... Unlock Authority work GREAT ! But the tech was expeditious during the chat (I guess he was very busy...) The phone is unlocked but there is still minor thing to be improve : The sprint logo still there at boot up, not all the dialup command are unlocked (i.e.: *#0011# is working but not the *#2263#). And I've got no chance to talk about that with the tech because he closed the chat window... To do i, I have to root it... Bottom line, I've got my S8 unlocked and I'm happy with it, but for the next one, I'll bought it brand new from a safe place.

Was able to unlock my Xfinity Mobile Samsung S8 when I couldn't find others, price was also affordable thank you for unlocking my phone.

My experience was great! I tried many other companies to get my iPhone unlocked, but it turned out to be either too expensive or just no success with the process ...
I was skeptical at first, but decided I had nothing to lose ... within a couple of days my phone was unlocked with no issues at all.
Unlock Authority will definitely be one of my first choice for all my unlocking needs in the future.

I have a Samsung S9 Plus through Sprint, ordered the remote unlock service, and was told that they cannot unlock the phone and a refund would be given. I emailed customer service, and they will not respond about the refund. I am also trying PayPal dispute to hopefully get my money back.

I would give unlock authority zero stars. I paid the price for my code and received nothing. I got an email without a code, just the word " unlocked." Apparently unlock authority is a complete rip-off. $ 24.95 to find this out !

They never refund my money, even after the unlock code didnt work at all.

If you have a boost phone don't bother!!!! Wasted 20 dollars that I can't get back on a code that's impossible to unlock anyway. I returned the phone and then realized I need to post video evidence to prove that the code didn't work?? How exactly could I post video evidence when it's impossible to even access the code entry prompt on this particular phone? I guess it's on me though. I should have done more specific research before choosing a service like this. Google this stuff, people. Don't lose out on 20 bucks like I did. The customer support folks won't even message you back.

I guess my phone was unlocked. The tech who had to remotely unlock the phone was short with any communication, and when whatever they did they stopped being able to talk to the phone instead of trying to figure anything out they just drop the chat and ditched me. So not really sure if it worked or not.

They say something else on web site and do something else .dony waste money as their technical support is useless they send you instructions and no help at all to unlock your phone.
