I submitted a complaint and received a reply from Jane at UnLockd.me within three hours. She acknowledged my complaint and gave me an immediate refund and apologised and also issued a formal warning to the person my complaint was about. It is very rare that one sees that in this industry. My issue was about subscribing to a content creator who was just taking content from free sites and pasting it as if it is his original content, and charging for it.

the customer support is very rude
the customer support is very rude, they won't listen to you or even solve your issue, my page is down for a day and i lost so much money sale just because of these stupid scammers, they have just 20K monthly visitors which is mostly bots i assume, so much scammers contacts me each day, this isn't common on other platforms, they broke all the confidence and trust i had in them and i advice you to don't give them a try, because you will also get disappointed sooner or later, don't risk anything here, they're evil

Avoid this fraud website
I submitted a complaint over a month ago on a fraudester account arabgay98 that advertise on unlockd a cheaper subscription, he advise clients to pay him on telegram then block and scam them. I addressed unlockd over a month ago but the user remains active and still scams. When i contacted email and chat Unlockd never replied or took action. Unlockd continue to enable this fraudester. Dont be unlockd next victim. Documented proof available,

While we have taken appropriate internal action against the account you mentioned, arabgay98, we would like to emphasize the importance of conducting all transactions only through our official platform. Any interactions or transactions outside of it, such as those on third-party messaging apps like Telegram, are not protected and expose users to risks.
We strongly advise all users to avoid making any such transactions outside the platform to ensure their safety and avoid potential fraud.

Money keeps "disappearing"
I have been a creator on Unlocked.me for over a year. My experience so far has been nothing short of terrible. They keep intentionally messing up my payouts only to blame it on me. They're protected by their ToS, which clearly states that it's your fault if you do not receive the money, and they're cleared of any liability.
I have lost $2000 in total in just 6 months. Look elsewhere for your sanity and financial security!
EDIT: They claim that they are "unaware" of my issue, when I have already contacted them and they blamed me for messing up the payout, although I did not change the details at all. They directed the money to a different account after so many successful payouts. Their argument was "there are creators who make more money than you do, we have no reason to steal your money". Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE 04/08/2025: They have done the same again. My money disappeared and the "customer support" is not helping.

We currently support many thousands of creators who are paid regularly, fast and with no issues so we will consider your case bogus until you provide us with more details.

Deceptive Practices and Unnotified Fee Increase
If I could, I would give 0 stars... Even though I’ve been on the site since 2021when I started with them, they always claimed lifetime guarantees and said they only take 15% fees, but without informing me of anything, they’ve changed it to 35%. I have pictures and proof. My followers have gotten used to this site, and now I have to start over somewhere else, which makes no sense. I’m very disappointed with them. They owe me a lot of money since I didn’t realize this for a long time... but if they change it back to 10%, I might change this review. I have all the evidence! don't waste your time here, super shady company!!!

Being a creator, I am very satisfied with UnlockD. It’s easy to use and get familiar with. My only problem as a content creator in the Philippines is that my only payout option is crypto. But it turned out well when I got familiar with it, I just don’t know with the others.
And as for my subscribers, $12 handling fee is a bit much and hurts my sales as well. I hope UnlockD can sort this out.
But I would like to commend their customer service. Jane to be precise, for always taking care of my concerns and giving definite answers to my queries. She is very professional and answers in detail so I can understand.

If you treat subscribers as such, is it good for overall business?
The worst part is $12 charge in addition for every transaction! Isn’t that insane???
Even though i like some content, the $12 processing fee per transaction is prohibitive!
